A real authentic place
Reviewed By zitavskehoA very simple place located in the village above the Tatev Monastery. A different world. The real Armenia. Super friendly people, but they only speak Armenian and Russian. The room is very basic and the shower is not the best of quality. They will prepare you dinner with real local dishes, wine and coffee. The place is not easy to find, as there are no signs, but everyone in the village knows where is Aspet. The best is to come by cable car and there are taxis which can bring you there if you have luggage. The gravel road to get there is long, but is possible with a normal car. Beware, this is not a luxury place at all.

Warm welcome and perfect place for a one night stay
Reviewed By camvanormThe owner of the B&B is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful to help. I arrived later than expected and at night, but he was all ready to help me with the luggages, and his mom was waiting to make me some tea to warm me up. I had brought some items for breakfast as I have many food allergies, but they insisted that they make something themselves, and it was PERFECT (eggs&bacon, homemade jam, cooked buckwheat, chocolate, fresh fruits, tea&coffee). They asked me at what time they should wake me up for breakfast ; and as I was the only person staying at the B&B, I had the whole room to myself in the morning and had coffee with my book, in front of the amazing view. The room was very cosy, had been warmed for me (as it was full of snow outside) and the bedding was very comfortable. The host offered many valuable information in the morning as I was planning the rest of my trip. Thank you!!!

Si dorme bene e l'ubicazione del b&B è vicina al bel monastero di Tatev. Prezzi adeguati e se se ne ha bisogno, come nel nostro caso, il padre della proprietaria fa da autista per altre località vicine, come l'interessante Goris. Se visitate il monastero di Tatev, non perdete questa occasione di passare alcune ore piacevoli.

Reviewed By Julius_juliЭтой осенью , по совету нашего друга, мы решили провести отпуск в Армении. Одним из обязательных мест к посещению был монастырь Татев. Этот древний и величественный храм находится в одноименном селе в Сюникской области. Добраться до него можно либо на машине, либо по канатной дороге ( сверху открываются поражающие воображение виды на живописное Воротанское ущелье , на обитель отшельников Татеви мец Анапат , восхищаться можно долго , но все это лучше увидеть своими глазами). План поездки в Татев был такой приехать в один день , переночевать в гостевом доме и уехать на следующий. Но, все эти планы было решено перекроить, и сейчас расскажу почему. ( в итоге остались на 3 ночи ) .Мы остановились в гостевом доме «Bed and Breakfast John and Lena» , найти его было очень легко ( пешком от катаной дороги «Крылья Татева» буквально пять минут). Несомненный плюс - расположение. Нас встретила очень приятная женщина Тамара ?( спасибо ей огромное , за беседы , гостеприимство , и вкуснейший чай с домашним ежевичным вареньем ). Так же хочу отметить чистоту в доме ( это все волшебные руки Тамары). В комнате которую мы сняли было несколько розеток , обогреватель , удобная кровать, ? а ещё красивый ковёр. Побывав в Татеве туда хочется вернуться снова, к этому прекрасному монастырю , к горам где никогда не знаешь что подкинет тебе эта погода, к людям которые делают Армению поистине магической страной , страной куда хочется возвращаться. И когда я в следущий раз приеду в Армению , я снова поеду в Татев , и снова выберу этот гостевой дом. И вам , всем тем , кто хочет побывать в Татеве , я рекомендую остановиться у Тамары в гостевом доме « Bed and Breakfast John and Lena».

Уютный семейный отель
Reviewed By Евгений ШФактически уютный family hotel, где для гостей выделено отдельное крыло. Комнаты чистые, отопление, если что, есть (в отелях Армении с этим бывают проблемы). Хозяева - очень радушные и стараются помочь во всём. Отдельный бонус - можно напроситься посмотреть, как готовят тот самый армянский лаваш, как выглядит старый тандыр и самогонный аппарат =) WIFI работает стабильно, если кому критична связь в горах.

Not far from Tatev monastery and World longest cablecar its situated Vazken ( 7-10 minute by walking).House have two rooms ,triple and double, with sitting room, kitchen , toilet bathroom. In balcony You can enjoy tea ,coofee with tasty Armenian Gata and sweets. In the evening can have nice dinner with Armenian traditional food.

Reviewed By JudithH1979Vazken, seine Frau, Mutter und Kinder sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber und verwöhnen den Reisenden. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten und das Bad in zwei Schritten über den Hof zu erreichen. Alla und ihre Schwiegermutter sind ausgezeichnete Köchinnen, aber auch Vazkens-Grillkünste waren ausgesprochen gut. Abgerundet wird das ganze mit Schnaps von Artak, der mit seiner Frau mindestens genauso herzlich und gastfreundlich ist. Tatev selbst ist klein und etwas verschlafen, aber wer wirklich Armenien erleben will, sollte mindestens eine Nacht dort verweilen (schon um antizyklisch die Seilbahn zu benutzen, auch das lohnt sich).

Reviewed By juanmaycarolAlojamiento humilde pero muy agradable. Dada la escasa oferta hotelera del lugar, este sitio está muy bien. La dueña hace lo ps irle porque el huésped esté a gusto. Ofrece cena casera que está riquísima, así como el desayuno. El wifi funciona muy bien. Lo peor es el camino para llegar hasta allí, aunque es un problema del pueblo, que está sin asfaltar.
