We were there for 2 nights and the gentleman at the front desk just couldn't do enough for us: first, he went several blocks with us to secure a safe place to park our car. Then, he walked me to a manicurist several blocks away. The hotel is simple, but has an up-market feel with newly redecorated rooms. Breakfast is SUPERB with high quality ingredients including freshly squeezed juice, terrific selection of exotic fresh fruits, gorgeous pastries that are picked up by the same man every day at a local bakery. All considered, this place is a steal. BTW: Google maps sent us to the street Convento rather than the hotel, in spite of putting in the hotel several times. The hotel is located on the town's main street, exactly one block from the historical gate to the old town (the main street actually dead-ends into the gate. Find the gate and the hotel will be right there on the street that ends at the gate).

Reviewed By joses532Nice rooms, good breakfast, great pool and bar. Location is great near the coast and beaches. There is a garage as well. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, the rooms are nice and quite. Lot’s of restaurants and bars are located in the neighborhood.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town and right in the centre, there was a municipal car park 2 minutes walk away, which was free at this time of year. The room was outstanding, very clean, such a tranquil chilled out place. Breakfast was superb, there’s a lovely rooftop terrace where the manager, a super lovely guy called Seraphin (excuse if not correctly spelt) he could not do enough for us, housekeeping and breakfast staff all super friendly and polite. Definitely recommend and will definitely return soon!

Kook Hotel is very well located in a quiet atmosphere to relax and at the same time in the center of "la movida Tarifeña".

We picked this hotel from a group of similar ones in the same price bracket for bed and breakfast. it's a quirky, trendy sort of place that when you open the main door your eyes are taken around the place. Rooms very comfortable, set in a courtyard fashion where our room had natural light but faced internally into the courtyard. All high quality fittings and comfortable bed. We thought breakfast was good, but a bit of a faff too, where Trays of bread and cheese were provided, even if you wanted them or not. Meant there was some unnecessary waste of food. Coffee and tea good and a decent selection of continental food. overall very good and recommended.

Reviewed By thess315The whole stay was almost perfect., the only reason not giving a 5 star is that bed was not too comfy… Everything else from arrival to departure was excellent. The place itself very cute, very clean and well looked after, Staff so friendly and welcoming, the location: proximity to literally everything! Our favorite place bar el frances just 50m away and all the cute shops within 10 min range. Couldn’t be better, walking to nearest beach 10-15 min. Cant ask for a better location really. we were on 3rd floor facing “main” street and great views! Def a new favourite cant wait to return! Thank you!

Reviewed By Alison RI stayed in El Levante with a group of birdwatching friends. It suited our needs brilliantly. We had been concerned that it may be noisy as it was on the N340 road, however many of the rooms faced a really lovely lawned garden at the back and it was very quiet at night. The rooms were simply furnished and spotlessly clean. They had a fridge and tea making facilities [which in my experience is unusual in Spain]. The staff were helpful and friendly - and the gentleman who looked after the garden, charming - and always keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Most rooms had a terrace with chairs and a table and it was very relaxing to sit and enjoy the views to the rear of the property.

It's nice and central to the old town any many restaurants. Room clean, no problems at all! On-street parking is free (if you can find any!)

Reviewed By Cello GVery Nice hotel, only minutes away from the Beach en Tumbao, but the strange thing was that there was No refrigerator in our beautifull room and there were No drinks available at the reception. The oceanview however was outstanding!
