Until staying in this hotel I used to think that Colombian people are really nice and helpful despite the fact that some of them are just kind because they have to be so but hell no, not all the time. The people that work there are like they are paid to be unkind and get as much money as possible trying all the possible options. First, they showed us 2 rooms saying that one is 120 mil pesos and the other 180 mil pesos both include breakfast and we wanted to stay in the cheaper one. My husband went out to make the check in and I put our 4 year old twins to the bed. Later my husband returned together with the bell boy and they told us that there had been a confusion with the rooms and that room cost 180 mil pesos and there is another one which is 120 mil pesos. I was angry with but agreed to move to the other one not to pay 60 mil pesos more and I took the kids out of their beds and the bell boy said that we could actually stay in that room with the same price but this time we need to pay for the breakfast extra. Then I understood that it was not a simple confusion but another way of getting more money by intentionally putting you into a difficult position so I declined the offer and walked to the other part of the hotel carying our half sleeping kids. In the room I tried to call the reception several times to learn the time of breakfast but nobody answered the call. In the morning we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. Again I called the reception but noone answered so we went there and eventually found and asked someone about the hot water and they told us that the showers operate on electricity and they switch it off at night to save energy and we need to wait for about 40 minutes after they turn it on. we had breakfast while waiting and the only kind person in that hotel brought us our coffee, fried eggs, bread, a little jelly and butter. It was OK but when we asked for a little more bread they just added 1 mil pesos on our bill. It is nothing but it is a good example to show the understanding of the company. Then we asked if we could use the sauna and the vapor room and we did but the shower next to sauna didnt have hot water and after several tries I reached to the reception and they told us to use another one which is close by but the hot water only ran for a few minutes and we had to take a shower with cold water. And finally at the checkout they told us we needed to pay extra for the sauna and the vapor room. Finally, they found a way to rip us off. Being angry, we wanted to share our disappointment by writing on the comentary notebook and noticed that the notebook that had numbered pages had some missing pages. I guess they just tear out the pages with negative comments. All in all, apart from its restaurant, this hotel sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Colonial house in the center of the municipality of Suesca, a place where the era of the colony is magically combined, with the modern touches of today, located in the northern savannah of Bogotá, a strategic starting point to have incredible adventure experiences. You will find peace and relaxation in its comfortable and imposing facilities, where you can make family and corporate events with the essence of the house, which offers you that intimate and elegant touch with all the comforts.
Had a lovely overnight stay with a group of 20 study-abroad students. Nice indoor courtyard with fountain; sunny, warm outdoor space where we kicked a soccer ball about. Delicious dinner--served trout with passionfruit sauce.

Although it has some virtues due to its location and efficent employees, we had a very dangerous situation. Two dogs that belonged to two visitors (not staying at the hotel but being there only for luch...) ran towars our 6 year old kid and nearly attacked him since we could reach him and protect him on time. This is the type of situations that may end very bad. I think that being pet friendly cannot work against being family friendly. This is not a safe place to bring your kids.

Super fun and budget friendly spot! The atmosphere, the staff, and location to the rocks are awesome. Felipe, the owner, is a delight. Antonio was working as well and he made delicious salads for us! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating in every way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I stayed one night only and we both (me and my girl) were amazed with the beauty, simplicity as well as the location. Ana is a great host and if you meet down at the Pizza place (RicaPizza) Ricardo can make you an amazing Panzerotti. Fireplace in the room is a great treat and be ready for a bright night with all the star's light and an amazing sunset. Part of the road to the location has not tarmac. Be ready for some open road treat.

I was here in Dec of 2017, with my girlfriend and my son. Diana and Fanny help us on several things, they contacted a guide for us and we went to climbing with him, the experience was amazing. The place is simply wonderful and welcoming. The view from the rooms is magical, I can not think of a better place to stay in Suesca.

Really liked my stay here. The Hostal looks freshly build and has good amenities. Nice and spacious and close to the climbs. Daniel helped us finding a climbing guide and planning a hike. The price is a steal for what you get.

250.000 pesos for a room at the Lodge. Only soap is provided. No A/C. No Heater. No Wifi. No blow dryer. 1.5 hours off road to get to hotel. If you do go, make sure to arrive before sunset. No street lights. 20.000 pesos if you bring a bottle of wine. CASH only. Other than that, beautiful setting.

This is a nice enough little place, but it wasn't for me. Its not really a hotel, its like a motel, by the side of the road. The place is NOT near town. I was offered a bad room, then another bad room, and settled for the least bad. The people were friendly and there was some flowers and nice dogs wandering around.
