Reviewed By JohnL508The Tivoli is conveniently situated in the centre of this small and interesting town. There are cheap ample car parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, good quality modern furnishings, our superior room was a large bedroom, with very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Be aware that many of the restaurants are closed on Mondays, however we ate at an Italian Restaurant Le Pizzaiollo (which was open), a nice happy atmosphere, good service and great food, a truly excellent experience. A great place for a one night stopover, we look forward to visiting again..

Very good location, not far from a supermarket, bakery and various other shops (2 minutes drive, but easily walkable) The hotel is not far from the motorway so easy to find, and is only a five minute drive into town Great for a short stay, we were there 3 nights.

Reviewed By Nikhil_AdvaniThis is a decent hotel for a nights sleep. The room was quite nice, clean, had air conditioning. Parking lot was very full at night, but empty in the morning, so probably mostly people just passing through for the night. Had quite a nice bar area attached to the reception.

Amazing view and location but not enough attention to details

Sadly, the second person to shower did not have enough hot water ! Also, we were not pleased with service. The staff is doing what is expected of them, nothing more. We did not fell welcome

Reviewed By youfearchangeWe've been travelling to Provence and the Cote d'Azur since the early '80s have watched the lovely town of Sisteron decline as the traffic on the Route Napoleon gives way to the new motorways, so was delighted to find this mad little boutique hotel in the centre of town last summer. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. Staff were charming and attentive. No air conditioning but fans, which is what we had to put up with in the '80s anyway and added to the charm. Will be back.

Reviewed By EvomooseAs the title states its just like staying with family or friends as you are made so welcome. Our room was New York themed, a double bed with bunk over the top - very clean with everything you need. Fantastic breakfast with the family and other guests around a large table. Lots of home made preserve. Gluten free friendly (let them know in advance). Sat nav struggled to get us there, far better to look for the L'Oustalet signs. Five minute drive to Sisteron town centre.

Beautiful view of the pool with mountains and greens, make for lovely photos and nice view to enjoy whilst eating breakfast outside. Rooms were nice and spacious, we had one facing the pool! Only slight downside was that it was a bit hard to find the place as Google maps brought us to a nearby location but not accurately at the property. But this was solved quickly by phoning the host to get directions. Location is good if you have a car, only a 10 minute (or less) drive to Sisteron centre. Shame we only stayed for one night, would have loved to stay longer!
