To an oasis with skyscraper views. 3 minutes` walk from JR Gotanda Station. The Mistui Garden Hotel Gotanda is located in an area that offers superb access to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Haneda. Designed on the them of "sky & garden resort", this luxury hotel invites customers for an extraordinary stay. Forget the hustle and bustle of the city center and elegant moment filled with peace and healing.
Few minutes walk from the JR station. New building and everything is clean. Slightly more spacious than other business hotels. Best feature is the big bath on 16F with an outside soak and view of the city. Essential amenities are there such as small fridge, heated kettle, iron and board, etc. Slight lack of table and shelf space.

Stayed in Residential Double, non-smoking type with kitchenette and laundry/ dry machine for 2 weeks on business trip. Relatively a spacious room comparing to my stay in Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premium last time. At least I can put down a yoga mat in this room for my practice. View outside the window is pleasing somehow as it’s not too close to other tall buildings. Very close to JR and metro station. Easy access to convenient stores, supermarkets for food and necessities. Only few things to remind if you find it bothered (as I can bear them): 1. If you open the window at night, food smells from the restaurants will come in: I only open the window for a while when back to home then close it to avoid the smells. 2. Behind the hotel is night entertainment area: It is still safe relatively, and I don’t really go out at night, or walk into that district. It doesn’t bother me too much. Will still come back to this hotel whenever another long bus trip coming up.

The hotel has two towers (single hall & twin hall) The rooms in single hall are minuscule with no space to organise spare clothes. This is a sleeping pad only. The rooms in twin hall are reasonably sized with two beds and some space to have a friend or two over. The bed/s is/are +/- 1.20m wide and comfortable. TV is japanese programs only. This part of Tokyo has very few tourists and the shopping experience is fun, and yet nothing extravagant. The location made it a good place to stay during the Tokyo OIympics.

Like most Japanese hotels rooms are small by our standards. I had a double room which was adequate. Staff were very accommodating even though there was a language barrier, my fault. Good location plenty of restaurants and shiops close by, close to Metro

The twin room is 28.5square meters and the Single room is 22.5square meters, so you can spend leisurely in the spacious room. Please pay a visit. Breakfast is a buffet system (Japanese and western dish) Hotel is close to the JR Omori station so you can find any kind of traffic service. (Bus, Train,Shinkansen etc..) We have a free shuttle bus from/to Haneda Airport. Bus schedule, please refer to the official site.
I’ve stayed at several MyStays properties and the experience had always been positive. However, it was very disappointing this time at Omori. The prices were not low and it was the premier range hence I definitely went with expectations. It was disappointing to see that the hotel was in an old property, seemingly like a refurbished flat/housing building. The interiors were much worse, very very old and dated. Perhaps the only saving grace was that it was decently near the train station but that’s about it. Would definitely not be back here again!

The New Otani Inn Tokyo, a member of the New Otani Hotel Group and Associate Hotels, is the only one of its kind in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The New Otani Inn Tokyo is directly connected with Osaki Station on the JR Yamanote Line, and offers convenient access to the major business, shopping and entertainment districts of Tokyo. Situated directly in front of Osaki Station, the New Otani Inn Tokyo can be easily accessed by travelers. Hotel guests can check in within minutes from the station without worrying about getting caught in inclement weather. The JR Yamanote Line lies at the center of Tokyo's public transportation system, linking the city's entire network of transportation hubs.
My family and I stayed at Hotel New Otani Inn in Shinagawa for 6 nights. It was a excellent choice. Rooms were decently spacious, and up kept every day. The lobby is at Level 3, while level 2 is lined with more than 10 restaurants, and level 1 has shops such as supermarkets, Daiso etc. Lawson convenience store is next to the hotel too. Next to the hotel, is another office building with 4 levels of restaurants. Access to the Yamanote line is also very convenient, as the Osaki station is 100 meters away. Yamanote line is a loop, providing convenient access to the other parts of Tokyo e.g. Harajuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo station etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed here to sleep after our late flight into Heneda. Nice reception staff. Unfortunately we got a smoking room, the smoke smell was strong, so make sure you are staying in a non-smoking room if you prefer. But otherwise no problems.

On checking out of the hotel, we had paid partially with cash to settle the bill and they posted the full amount on the credit card. On departing we had precooked the airport limousine bus and prepaid the hotel, at the given time the bus appeared and the driver engaged in a long conversation with the hotel staff, and 15 minutes later she told us that due to traffic it would be over an hour late. We had paid the last of our yen to clear the hotel bill and so ended up short of cash for the Narita Express and so about $50 out of pocket and having to taxi and carry bags through mainline stations to the ticket office. They offered no help at all despite the fact that we were severely at risk of missing our flights and losing over $5000 dollars. The front desk service was appalling and caused us major problems when they could easily have made arrangements, on both issues they were at best unhelpful, at worst obstructive. We stayed at the hotel to be close to the monorail to Haneda and had to change plans. Even without the problems I would recommend you find somewhere else, the rooms are tired and the breakfast far the worst we had in our 5 weeks in Japan

The Via Inn Oimachi is not fancy but it is clean, modern and in a great location. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the JR station and the bus to and from Haneda is also a 5 min walk. There are a lot of restaurants near by including a 7-11 on the ground floor of the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and the hotel is pretty quiet making it a great place for a good night sleep. There are laundry machines in the hotel as well. It's all about the surrounding amenities and there are a lot around the hotel.
