Reviewed By 937narasAdventure, sports, good food and nature only an hour from São Paulo. Perfect weekend to rest and get in peace alongside the nature. The recreational staff are fun and caring with the kids. I would love to experience their new pool complex attraction (unfortunately it was still under construction).

Reviewed By dbainy2016This hotel has pool, restaurant with good food, near downtown, supermarket, restaurants out of the hotel. Was an antique hotel, but was built a new area and the hotel is great now. The beds are comfortable and the service is very nice.

Pousada rústica pra quem gosta (muito) de natureza

A pousada foi crescendo aos poucos (como a própria história contada por eles mesmos) e percebe-se que os novos quartos foram sendo construídos sem uma visão do todo. Assim, há quartos (ou "chalés") próximos da piscina (que não é aquecida) e outros longe. Há uma "área de convivência" que infelizmente não provê nenhum atrativo (é uma sala longe de tudo que possui móveis e artefatos de decoração de valor emocional para os proprietários; só isso). O local de refeições é "pitoresco": um galpão com paredes improvisadas, piso de pedriscos e mesas de material de demolição. Até aí nenhum demérito e isso dá um tom rural e artesanal ao ambiente, mas imagino como seria tomar café da manhã num dia frio de inverno com vento entrando por todos os lados... A casa principal, que aparece nas fotos de divulgação, é na verdade a moradia dos proprietários e os hóspedes não são convidados a desfrutar da sua varanda com sofás. O deslocamento pelo sítio é feito em chão de terra batida (ou com um pouco de grama) então prepare um calçado adequado. Há animais (cavalo, carneiros, galinhas, coelhos, gatos) que, segundo o proprietário, foram resgatados de maus cuidados. Muito nobre, no entanto não agregam muito à função de "hospedagem", a menos que você seja um deslumbrado por ver bichos de fazenda. Há uma trilha dentro da propriedade que acrescenta um certo charme; faça a trilha uma vez para ver como é. Nosso check-in era às 14 horas mas chegamos às 14:30h e o quarto não estava pronto; tivemos que aguardar até que fossem fazer a limpeza (sim, sou do tipo que gosta das coisas pontuais). Diversos comentários em redes sociais diziam que os proprietários eram muito gentis; em meu caso, só conheci o proprietário no check-in. Depois meu contato foi exclusivamente com duas funcionárias (que sempre foram extremamente gentis) e nunca conheci a proprietária. O check-out foi feito pelas duas funcionárias. Há materiais de construção espalhados por vários pontos da propriedade o que me dá uma sensação de desleixo e falta de organização. Também acho que falta um certo capricho em coisas simples como pintar muretas ao invés de deixá-las com blocos de concreto aparente (talvez os proprietários entendam que isso agrega ao visual rural). O apartamento que fiquei parecia ser recém construído e era confortável. No entanto, as janelas de madeira do tipo persianas não tinham vidro, ou seja, ao abrir para entrar luz também permitia a entrada de insetos. Também me pergunto o que aconteceria numa noite de vento, pois a persiana permite a entrada do vento e só havia uma cortina para bloquear essa passagem. Não foi uma experiência necessariamente ruim, mas deixo meu relato para que outros não tenham uma percepção pela propaganda e chegando lá fiquem com a sensação de que o realidade não corresponde, que foi o que senti. Os outros hóspedes com quem tive contato pareciam satisfeitos, mas eu também dava essa impressão (afinal, não sou do tipo rabugento que fica de cara feia na frente dos outros; só externo minhas impressões mais tarde nos sites de avaliação).

São Roque fica a 19 km de distância. Eles tb não tem café da manhã e nenhum serviço de quarto. Mas , pra ficar um tempo pra descansar é super gostoso !!! E o gerente Mardoqueu é super atencioso !!!!

Good place to relax
Reviewed By Jan CI you searching for a place to relax, this is the right place. The bad thing is that it seems that they haven't done anything to fix the place for 10 years. If they restore the place a little bit it should be a perfect place for everybody. Breakfast- lunch is good, night soups can be better. For the price, per night, it should be better reformed.

Reviewed By pauloEy04That hotel must be retrieved the sooner the better! It is possible to listen other rooms. Accommodations there seemed not to host guests, they are very old and poor besides there’s no leisure rooms, and the swimming pool is too old and small! Breakfast is not so good. What I cannot complain is the restaurant, nice pasta though there are fewer options...
