I had a pleasure to stay there 8 nights for my brother wedding. From day one my stay was very, very pleasant! Ladies at the reception were always helpful, smiling (regardless the time of the day or night), full of knowledge and fantastic to talk too. I can not say one bad word! Room very clean and spacious. Thank you Miss Magda ? After checking out my sister in law realised that she left behind her wallet, full of cash. 10 min later I received phone call! Wallet is waiting at the reception, ready for collection!!! Again thank you Miss Magda. Even though hotel was full booked i was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. I can’t recommend this hotel hard enough!!! Thank you Ania, Ewa, Agnieszka, Magda and Anita?????? With best wishes to you all Joanna Bak room 02

Still the best hotel in Sanok. It has an elevator, pool, restaurant, bar. Rugs are pretty thin. Has modern TVs. Monitored parking. The hotel could add individual air conditioners for the summer. Leaving the windows or balcony doors open at night is not a good idea = bugs and the loud noise of cars and motorcycles on the main road in front of the hotel.

Conveniently located between the Old Town and the bus/train station, the hotel is bound to meet your expectations. The room was spacious, equpped with a fridge, hairdryer and nicely furnished. And on top of this, you will certainly love your morning breakfast!

For $15 I got a comfortable bed and room and wonderfully prepared breakfast (and conversation) with Igor and Halina on the way to Slovakia. The best I can describe the hotel is a bed and breakfast atmosphere. I couldn't have been happier with the experience overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to travelers and return myself one day when traveling Central and Eastern Europe.

Czyste, ładne pokoje, miła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie, wygodna lokalizacja, sporo dodatkowych udogodnień. Idealny na wyjazd biznesowy, świetna cena do jakości. Warto się zatrzymać, spora infrastruktura sportowa. Nawet na dłuższy pobyt z rodzina.

I was on a short trip to Poland and decided to make a solo journey from Warsaw to Sanok to visit the Beksinski museum. Sanok is a bit remote, but the Dworek Sanocki hotel felt like home for my two day stay. The restaurant is excellent for a dinner or snack and the room was exactly as described. However, the true beauty of this hotel was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist this solo American traveler (with basically zero Polish language ability). They were absolutely excellent, and I would recommend their hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a place well off the beaten path.

Stayed here recently with a group. Second night in a row in what appears to be a Communist era hotel. Rooms are small; mattress is very thin; size of be is small. Breakfast buffet lacked items that you normally expect at European breakfasts. Since it is part of the tour, not sure the cost; but probably economical.

Polecam.

I booked a 4 beds house online via booking. We had some problems on the road and we were arriving very late. As the check out was until 10 pm, i wrote an email warning that we were arriving around 9:30. Finally it was dark and we missed the entrance road to go up to the hotel from the main road + the gps data we had from booking and google map are wrong and not at the exact place so when you arrive by night be aware of it. Finally we managed to park the car at 9:55 pm. We arrived in front of the main road and the door was closed but lights were on. We were knocking at the door, knocking the doorbell and on windows, shouting. I tried to call the owner by phone. Nothing. Then we saw someone passing inside the house and the lights were shut. We were DELIBERATELY IGNORED despite all the noise we had made. It is impossible to not have seen us or heard us. We were left alone in the dark in sanok. I had to find and pay another hotel for the night. I went to Bona hotel which was great by the way, just in front of the river, and near the museum of foll architecture. As we had 2 nights, we went back to Chata in the morning to tell the story and ask for a refund for the 1st night. We asked to see the owner who was never here. The owner had to tell his sorry staff (who barely speaks english) that the refund was not possible because we didn't call -WHICH IS NOT TRUE-. We had the small house for the second night nonetheless - i didn't want to lose more money. The beds are not very comfy (thin mattress), and the bathroom is very tiny. If you are not Polish you won't be taken care of in this hotel. Go to Bona which is a far better choice in Sanok.
