Do not come here if you knew the place before lockdown!!!

The Hotel just opened, after a long lock down, one should say that the Management will do the utmost! On the contrary! The dinner is way below expectations, not enough, there is NOTHING for the kids, no olive for the salad, two course menu like, at the restaurant you will have a feeling that you erroniously booked your stay to a 2 star motel . The staff is confused, all guests are angry, we complain to each other, this is a robbery! Please do not book your stay! Apparently the new owner does not give a damn about it, or he might just care as his father in law!!!! If I have to compare to the previous service level, which was 10 two years ago, now it is only 0,1 . Big disappointment

Reviewed By Miklos KPension Zechnerhof is a great place to stay for your Murau ski vacation. It is only a 3 minute drive from the slopes for a friction of the price what hotels at the lifts charge. It consist of several buildings with nice farmhouse atmosphere. Breakfast is good, sauna is great, rooms are comfortable. The only negative was the weak wi-fi signal in the room.

Reviewed By TravelTheWorldUKHi All, just spent 4 nights in this lovely guesthouse by the Kreischberg ski resort. The house is warm, welcoming, comfortable and stylish. The rooms are very clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast and dinner is delicious and plenty. Pets are welcomed and treated as guests. You can come and enjoy the slopes but also good for hiking. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Nice hotel
Reviewed By Delia PVery nice and friendly place, we stayed for two nights and visited the surroundings. The hotel is clean, the food delicious, our room was large with a double bed and a bunked bed for children and a spacious terrace, we loved our staying here, and would definitely come back again. All in all, Austria is a beautiful country, it's worth visiting it!

Tough Times reveals True Nature
Reviewed By whackleyWe were due to stay here from Fri 13th March but due to CVID19 we chose not to travel as things looked like they about to kick off in Austria. The hotel didn’t have to refund us a penny - as we were only a day before travelling. They refunded 100%. I’ve heard several stories of other hotels in ski areas in France and Austria blindly and dishonestly telling people that there is no issue and they are looking forward to welcoming them. All to avoid refunding. These guys showed their moral strength and decency. Hopefully they will rewarded for it. We will visit again when things get better. Bravo Edlinger family and thank you.

Reviewed By Codani13Wij hadden een grote familiekamer van alle gemakken voorzien zoals groot TV scherm en een koelkast. Alles was perfect schoon bij aankomst en de ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Het hotel ziet er heel goed onderhouden uit, en ook de omgeving is erg prettig en rustgevend. geen lawaai van wegen of andere zaken. Ontbijt is ook fantastisch verzorgd in een gezellige ruimte en je merkt dat het met veel plezier gemaakt wordt. heerlijke broodjes, eitje en vleeswaar en lekkere zelfgemaakte jam. hmmm. Restaurants voor diner zijn er voldoende in de omgeving. Echt een perfect plek om van de omgeving en rust te genieten.

Prachtige vakantiewoning
Reviewed By Ellen1984Al zoekend naar een onderkomen voor 6 personen tijdens het F1 weekend zijn we hier terecht gekomen, op een klein uur rijden van de Red Bull Ring. Wat een verrassing! We zijn ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren Robert en Patrizia, je voelt je er direct thuis. Zelfs in de avond nog gezellig een paar schnapps samen gedronken. Wij verbleven in de vakantiewoning onder aan de berg; een prachtig huis met tuin en 4 slaapkamers (waarvan 1 op de begane grond en 1 met stapelbed), 2 badkamers en nog een los 3e toilet. Het huis is nieuw gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, aan werkelijk alle details is gedacht. Fijne tuin erbij met zelfs een badmintonset klaar voor gebruik. Moderne badkamers met een heerlijke douche. Heel mooie omgeving. Voor 8 uur 's avonds kun je je bakkerijbestelling doorgeven en dan hangt het in de ochtend aan je deur. Voor kinderen ook ideaal om te spelen en naar de dieren te kijken. Kortom: heerlijk verblijf gehad in een mooie omgeving. Zowel in winter als zomer leuk!
