Beautiful Hotel, Great Front Desk Staff, But Lazy Cleaning Employees
Reviewed By T HGreat hotel but unfortunately I was provided two rooms that were both not cleaned properly. I complained about the first one because it was unbearable, the second room I was provided . I just wiped it down with my wipes, because I was afraid of what the third room might look like. Also the people that stayed above us were very loud. It sounded like someone was going bowling and jumping up and down. It was not a good experience. Positive the front desk staff are really awesome.

The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance if you don’t have time to fight traffic on a business trip. A great fitness room. The rooms are dated and definitely need a refresh.

Don't be overly excited by the pool
Reviewed By Nancy PThe room was nice but the bed was way too hard. My main issue was the A/C. It was pleasant when I arrived but when I put it down, to go to bed, it took the entire night to reduce it's temp 4 degrees. Between the bed and the a/c I did not have a restful night. The website does not say that breakfast is available. I was told the breakfast would be $10. I was fine with that thinking it was going to be a step or two above the usual free breakfast. It is the same as a Hampton Inn free spread, yet costs $10. I ate it the first morning, but opted out the second morning. Why did I eat it? Because I was expecting more for $10 and was not dressed to go out and get a better $10 breakfast. Finally, the remodel advertised lacked in the shower. Between the ceiling that was flaking and moldy, to the caulking job that I could do better it was sad. Yes, the price was decent but I've stayed at better low rate hotels. Your staff was delightful and the lobby was beautiful. I will have to think hard about staying there again.

The only thing I didn't like was being in the front, I heard the delivery truck across the street which woke me up other than it was a good stay. The lady at the front desk was training and she was very WELCOMING!

Love At First Sight But Quickly became a Nightmare

Staff were great at first but quickly became nonchalant. we arrived after 3 PM to find out our room was not ready but they could switch our room with someone else room that wasn’t there yet. Fine but this seems to not be quite ready yet either. Because we found a brush full of hair under the ornament and a used chapstick in the pull out couch. We also paid for a King Bed but it was queen . They also have a policy about loud noise after 11 but they don’t do anything about it. I had to call multiple times over multiple nights about the neighboring rooms making loud noise running up and down hallway bouncing balls 12 and 1 A.M. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Reviewed By sweeptunes2018Deposit for incidentals is $100 per night. There are 4 and 5 star hotels in downtown Atlanta that don’t charge that. Plus it may be 15 business days before it’s credited back to your card. You don’t have personal access to the pantry for snacks. They have to grab it for you. And this time of Covid I don’t want someone else’s hands all over what I’m going to eat.

The hotel had a great water system for refilling water bottles and that was super nice!! The mini kitchen was super nice to have!!
