Small sample of Radisson blu
Reviewed By kboy6000Firstly , it’s smallest radisson blu witch i seen till now. Check in was very good. As I mentioned i need additional bed in room , additional bed was ready when i arrived. Pool water was a little colder than normal 6 pool-beds and 3 of them was damaged and out of servis in compare with number of guests was not enough. Massage was great. Resepcion was helpful. Restaurant sitting capacity was not enough for breakfast. Parking was acceptable. Totally we can accept this hotel as small sample of radisson blu in compare with another radisson blu hotels but not 5 star actually, its 4+

A Great Stay in a Small City!
Reviewed By IndoModeInternationWe were some of the first customers to stay at this brand new property. We really enjoyed our stay at this small comfy hotel in Sakarya. The staff was excellent, especially the manager Halil Tarakci. They treated us like loyalty and provided us with all your needs. This will be one of the most memorable stays during our visit to Turkey.

Reviewed By Barnabas68The rooms were still quite new and they lacked a homey feel, but the beds were comfortable and the cleaners worked hard. Room had a small balcony which was nice. Breakfast was very basic Turkish kahvaltı complete with kitchen noise. There is a nice courtyard at the back though and the small gardens are green. There are supermarkets and shops within a six-minute walk and it takes ten minutes to walk to the central station square and a little more to the nearby Earthquake Museum. Friendly residential area next to the town centre. Polite management. Wifi was good. Okay for 2 nights.

Very nice hotel
Reviewed By Pioneer671118I stay in this hotel for one night. Very nice location and very quite place. The hotel is very clean. Reception speak english and was very kind. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Uzun zamandır Tripadvisor'da yorum yapmak için siteye yüklenmesini bekliyordum. Otele girişten itibaren güleryüzlü karşılama ve ilgi mütihiş. Odalar geniş ve hijyenik. Kahvaltı olarak da güzel ama sıcaklar biraz daha artırılabilir belki. Otel Şehir dışında olması sebebiyle aslında sessiz bir ortam. Kesinlikle tercih etmelisiniz. Ha unutmadan, geç saatlere kalmadan rezervasyonunuzu mutlaka yaptırın, yoksa boş oda kalmıyor.

5 star but dirty and bad service
Reviewed By gokhand941This hotel has 5 stars but I cannot understand how they got these stars. The rooms, main and a la carte restaurant is very dirty. When I checked in to the room, there was a dead bug in the shower floor, there were stains in the side tables of the bed. The room was cleaned very badly. During breakfast, I saw a waiter pouring back the waste water to the tank of the tea machine. The tables of a la carte restaurant were nearly never cleaned. I was seeing the same dirty table cloth from the day before when I go there next day. And about covid precautions, even the manager of the hotel was walking in the lobby without wearing a mask, so don't expect them to ask guests to wear a mask. So, it was my worst hotel experience and I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness and covid every second I spent there. One last thing, please look at the photos I uploaded. I ordered the beef looking at the photo in the menu but a plate is served with 2 so small beef pieces with no sauce but with the liquid coming out of the meat and fries instead of baked potatoes. The price was also ridiculously high for these toooooo small pieces.

Reviewed By ONDERHThe room was good enough and mattress were also nice. Design of the room was also good but there was not any amenities only few glass of water. They switched of the air condition at midnight and I woke up with pains and called reception and asked them to open. Brekafast was standard but if you ask for omlet they are charging. ( this is nor very famililar for me ) Indded 4 point is too much and 3 is not enough my rate is 3,5
