Great Weekend Getaway with a Couple İssues
Reviewed By BilginMesutWe chose NG Enjoy for our first holiday with our baby. It is an ideal hotel for traveling with a baby, especially if you live in Istanbul. The minimalist interior and exterior design of the hotel is really impressive. The receptionist who performed our check-in was extremely professional and polite. Understanding of our baby situation, she got us into our room ahead of time. Our suite was stylish and spacious. The furniture is of the kind that will minimize child injury. The lighting design is extremely tasteful. The Duravit bathtub with jacuzzi function is a dream come true! On the other hand, the air conditioner is centrally controlled. As a result, not being able to keep the room at the temperature we wanted is a big minus. Also, some parts of the room (under the bed, shelves above the minibar, etc.) were quite dusty. The meals were delicious for a half-board hotel, but the fact that carbonated drinks such as cola are not included is rather unacceptable. On these sunny days, as the pandemic continues, the outdoor seating should have been available during meal times. It's nice to have live music at dinner time. Spa services are affordable, but the design of the spa section is not eye-catching. My wife was extremely satisfied with the hammam services. My candle massage wasn't bad either. The hotel's indoor swimming pool is wonderful. There are also very new and varied machines at the gym. The landscaping of the garden is very meticulous. The walking trail is enjoyable. The receptionist who did our check-out called was not nearly as capable as the one who had checked us in. She claimed that there were no points available on my credit card even though I showed the balance to her on my phone. She said that she had used my loyalty points from my second credit card, which turned out to be false. Her lowest point was when she told me that she was not a banker! I had to remind her that she was a receptionist who also served as a cashier. This was the only time I got angry all weekend. I had had a similar experience while reserving our room days in advance. I talked to two people who sounded like trainees. They could not give consistent answers. For example, when I asked for a non-smoking suite on the 4th floor, as far from the elevator as possible, one of them said that she could not give any guarantees and that I had to bring the subject up again at check-in. When I asked how the weekend package available on their website differs from just getting a room, she told me that there was no such package! I tried my luck once more, hoping to stumble upon a more competent employee. Despite all her kindness, this person was as incompetent as her colleague. She said that all the non-smoking suites were a few steps from the elevators. This is definitely not the case, as we so when set foot on hotel premises. If my wife had not insisted, I would have canceled our holiday plans and we would have been deprived of this overall wonderful experience.

Our villas were built mainly with wooden by using eco-friendly materials. Our villas, where we offer daily cleaning service, were designed as your second home to make you have a holiday in the comfort of a hotel and in the warmth of a house.Each duplex villa with optional extra beds and with a large patio have been equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, barbecue, fireplace, an air conditioner in every room and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can find any tools you need. In our site, two swimming pools, one of which is for kids, as well as a kids' playground with swings, cafeteria, free bikes and free parking lot are at your service.
Great Guest Relations Service
Reviewed By srdrtmrFirst I would like to say that this facility has the best quest relations service ever that I faced, but i will come to that later. I stayed at "Stone House with Swimming Pool" for 4 nights with my family. The furniture, 2 bathrooms and kitchen must be renovated, to be honest all house has to be renovated, it is an old house. when you look at exterior photos you really like the house but do not forget to ask for the interior photos as well. 1st we realize that hot water system doesnt work, they send someone and fixed it properly. Then we realized that wifi doesnt work at all. They send someone the other day and nothing happened. The wifi at that particular house is the slowest and worst internet that i faced so far. It took ages to open one single page. The sheet on the bed was stained. Next day we file our complains and they send 2 cleaning ladies which they had done a good job and cleaned whole house from top to bottom which had to be done at the beginning. Other than those problems garden was good and covered with trees and walls, it has a private garden and private parking spot for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car, no problem, there are plenty space for parking. Guest relations was very sincere, kind and helpfull, and they took immediate action for our complaints. Whenever we need support they were ready with their great attitude. They have a cafeteria in the middle of facility and there was a lady who put her feet on the sofa. I tried to ask her something which she didnt answer and Didn't even bother to get her feet off the sofa. Then it appeared that she's one of the owners, that rude attitude can not be accepted, she's so lucky to have such perfect guest relations service (Cigdem, Buse & Elif). The house that we stayed " Stone House with Swimming Pool" has to be immediately stop accepting guests and renovation has to be started.

Reviewed By Ebru AIt is a boutique hotel located as a hilly area towards to the Lake Sapanca. A small and pretty clean hotel is a family enterprise. The members of the owner family try to do their best to make you happy and comfortable. The hotel has several elegant items such as well decorated rooms, lake view garden terrace where they serve the breakfast. The breakfast is served to your table every morning. It is a generous Turkish Breakfast that you will enjoy much. In sum, it is a lovely small, boutique hotel. However, if you have some difficulties to take some steps, you should consider this issue before booking. You need to take at least 10 steps to reach to the garden terrace where you can go to your room. Enjoy your stay :))

Bad management
Reviewed By ezgi mWe booked our room 24 hours ago but only 1 hour remain to reach the hotel they inform us the room is out of order but when we reach there ,it is already sold to another couple. There was no problem with room. The attitude of clerk is very kind also helpful, but the management is definetely not professional. There are only 8 rooms, they should be more professional. Still the atmosphere is fine.

Food : great. Plenty options, tasty Basic coffee but we survived! Halal resort so no alcohol served Lots of play areas - outdoor and inside. Lovely walks. Mescid on premises Note hotel is up a hill so if you want to go out it’s a journey. But since everything is on premises no need Location : fine. We did day trips to falls and sapanca lake and back to hotel for afternoon swim. Afternoon tea served - warm snacks, cakes. More than enough

Ayaklarımız çime bastı, yeşillikler içinde şezlonglarda güneşlendik, tavuklar arasında kitap okuduk, köpekleri Ice'ı sevdik, muhteşem kahvaltı yaptık, gün içinde leziz havuçlu kekler yedik. En kıymetlisi ise herkes çok güler yüzlü. Şelda abla tam bir ev sahibi, herkese sevgiyle, zarafetle yaklaşıyor. En kısa zamanda kafa dinlemek için tekrar gideceğiz. (Not: Şelda abla, menemen ve reçel için ne kadar teşekkür etsek az, seni anarak yedik?)
