Reviewed By rdfierrosThey are short staff I was there for two nights on the first day their was coffee on the elevator lobby and three days later it was still there. The rooms were standard to a BW hotel. Some staff are great others don’t care. If you are looking for a good location and economical room then this is the place to be. If you are looking for a good location with updated amenities then you may want elsewhere. For a best western plus it feels more like a regular best western.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times because it is close to the business location I travel to frequently and is one of the only reasonably priced Hilton family of hotels in the area. If your looking for worn carpet and dingy lighting in rooms and hallways, this is your place. It looks like this hotel has not had an upgrade since the Clinton administration. They really to need upgrade everything.

Reviewed By vickiep773Recently stayed in this hotel with my family (rm 316) for 1 night. Cleainess is definitely an issue. The room smells like a pet friendly room with faint smell of urine. And the bathroom also has faint smell of cigarette smoke. Will avoid this property in the future. If you're sensitive to smell, make sure to request a rm that is not pet friendly.

We've been staying hear periodically over the years, every time we go to Seattle, which was about 4-6x a year before Covid. Just stayed recently and booked through priceline due to price difference, saved about $20 compared to the hotel site directly) The first noticeable thing is how much hotels have gone up - yes like everything (inflation, food, gas...) but on average I would say hotel prices are at least 30-40% higher than pre pandemic. I digress however....so this place is showing its 'wear and tear' and has gone downhill in quality. Tile floors have tile loose, grout coming out, breaking (dangerous and tripping hazard), baseboards in bathroom are need replacement, all swollen and disfigured from water absorption, furniture chipped and scratched and just everything looks really worn down. the worst thing...NOISY BEYOND BELIEF! Yes it is at the junction between the 405 & 167, but just stayed here since they added in a new on/off ramp and holy jeez, the truck noise and jake brakes and motorcycles and loud mufflers on crappy cars is amplified way more than it used to be. Had the WORST sleep ever, noise kept waking us up all night long. Room was facing the hotel front, try to get one facing the back instead, at least should be a little quieter. No longer serving a sit down breakfast, now there is a list and they will bag it for you to take. We didn't bother with it (choice of juice, cereal/milk or bagel, yogurt). Oh, and they've replaced toiletries with pump dispensers for soap/lotion....and our soap as totally empty...not impressed. No hairdryer in room either???? WTH? Will not stay again, I'll look for a new hotel in future.

Nice room but rude clerk, no shuttle when needed
Reviewed By OcracokeGalNo complaints about my room, it was comfortable and quiet. However, this hotel did not have a shuttle as advertised. I needed a 6:00 am shuttle and that's why I booked this hotel because it should have had one. The clerk was very dismissive, and was more interested in his cell phone. I felt like he was saying...too bad, your problem. He said to talk to the late night hotel clerk and maybe he could help. That meant I had to set my alarm for 11:00 PM to talk to the late night clerk. He reiterated that they did not have a shuttle at that time. He was dismissive that the hotel would pay for a taxi. His attitude was slightly better, and set up a taxi for me, but still...I had to pay for the taxi. So, I wrote to the company and of course never heard back.

Cons- smells like smoke in halls & rooms have a definite “old” smell no doubt from the ancient carpet. Carpet is dated & needs to be replaced. Needs a facelift overall. For the price if you can deal with the issues- & don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room, it’s okay for a couple of nights. Staff is nice. Bagged breakfast only- never saw it though. Also- didn’t get the feeling that there were actually “Covid” cleaning measures in place as I’ve seen at other hotels. Again- Vanessa was super accommodating.

A “Corporate” Hotel - Not for Families
Reviewed By EricA3679Their looking for that corporate vibe here, and families with young kids don’t fit the mold. We tried celebrating our six year olds birthday using a hotel common area that wasn’t being used. They kicked us out. What about the fact we’d been there for over two weeks and spent thousands? Didn’t matter. Can we use the outdoor space that isn’t being used? No. Great pool and steam room, but if your a family with young kids they aren’t gonna really want you here.

The worst Hilton property that I've stayed in!!
Reviewed By jessica0789The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a ring around the tub and a film that was slippery when I went to shower. Spots all over the room from past pets peeing the floor. Don't bother with the internet because it's non-existent. The pool was closed but the website nor the hotel staff mentioned it when I called. The price I paid for the room did not add up to what I stayed in. When I checked in, the guy at the desk was rude about me being a few minutes before 3pm. There was so much wrong with this hotel that I'll never go back to give them a second chance! I worked in Hilton properties for 5+ years, in management, and I can honestly say they need a surprise inspection! They don't deserve the Hilton flag!
