Reviewed By drtrucker2022I loved the mattress, I stay at hotels 2-3 nights a week for work and I’ve favorited this hotel in my GPS. I also don’t usually take the time to do TripAdvisor reviews. But usually always do best western reviews for the bonus points. The only down fall to this hotel I didn’t like was the breakfast staff dish’s up your plate and I try to eat keto so within an hour of eating and leaving the hotel to get back to work I was already hungry. Also their juice machine had only orange juice on both sides instead of apple.

Reviewed By CHYMWe travelled with small children and stayed for two nights. Hotel is nicely situated close to Ontario Mills and the airport. The hotel looks brand new. Parking had paid EV charging stations. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk was friendly. They did acknowledge Marriott platinum status and offered an upgrade which was really nice. The one bedroom suite was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen had all the pans, plates and utensils. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had multiple charging sockets and a charging station on the work desk. There is a coin laundry facility available onsite and the units were clean. The breakfast is complimentary with good options for kids. The dining room was clean and the staff was attentive. We would definitely consider staying here on our future travels to Ontario, California.

My room had dry rot in the bathroom area on the base boards and the tub looks like it has been bleached one too many times. The dirt can be seen through the bleach. There were holes in the curtains, stains on the lamp shade, and the couch was worn down. Very disappointing. Not the Hilton hotel experience that I’m use too. .

The shower was either freezing or scorching, nothing in between. It have visible signs of wear and tear throughout the property. The pool was dry (no water in it). Not a good place to stay. This should be closed and remodeled. Not sure why Marriott keeps this open

Coffee pot is still located in your room. No frig or safe in rooms but fortunately they will deliver a mini frig to your room when requested. Necessary part of travel for us is having a refrigerator in our room to store medications that require refrigeration. Staff was gracious and considerate of guest needs. Front desk called to our room to confirm everything was to our satisfaction and promptly delivered a mini frig when requested. Well done Marriott / Sheraton.

Will never return
Reviewed By lukas-sthlmThis used to be my go-to hotel when I was in the area and I looked forward to returning. Reserved a suite, as I’ve did in the past. However, they’ve made drastic and unexcusable cuts, blaming it on covid (instead of being honest and blaming it on costs or staffing issues). They refused to offer housekeeping, even upon request, despite this being in direct violation with Marriott’s minimum brand standards. Their so called breakfast was also the worst I’ve ever had (forcing us to dine elsewhere), including 60+ US hotels during June-December 2021, and the service lousy. Zero elite recognition. I reported the property to Marriott’s customer service during my stay, and then my suite was suddenly serviced and cleaned, but no excuses and no explanations. I will never, ever return and I would advise everyone else to do the same. Show this property that service matters and spend your dollars on a hotel that values its guests. That said, the rooms are stylish and the location excellent, which is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one.
