A great place to stay if you need to be close to the area

This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

Reviewed By yuntrejo1973A lot of noise in the night and morning from the air conditioner and/or ceiling. In the shower the water didn’t still warm, was switching cold and hot. But the service was excellent and the staff very kind, nice and helpful.

Reviewed By MAM1020The room was large and clean but it was missing furniture, hotel would not accept letter for outgoing mail. They said hotel doesn’t send out their own mail. I was to receive a fax from the US and I gave the sender the hotel fax number that was on the website, the hotel key and the stationary and when I went to pick up the fax, the front desk said they no longer had a fax. The “gym” was also very subpar. There is no coffee machine in the room and it took two calls and 30 min to receive extra towels.

Every room is different and lovely, furnished with antiques and an eye for sumptuous detail. We had two suites, and all of us slept like babies. We took advantage of the opportunity for a couples massage (I cannot remember our masseuses' names, but they were great!), and it was just divine. The breakfasts are large and delicious, and can be served at any of the tables throughout the property. My husband is recovering from a recent hip replacement, so we really appreciated the layout of the place. Easy for him to get around, which was very important to us. The location is terrific; pretty much in the middle of everything, but so quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. But the real gem here is the staff. Fabian could not have been more helpful and sweet; anything we needed, he made it happen. Also Sarah and Monica, Jesus and Raquel. Thanks so much for a much-needed holiday!

The participants only had praises for me and the hotel after the weekend: great food, great staff and they enjoyed the pool as well. Overall, they appreciated that we had our reunion in a place that takes a lot of care about their safety, and you can see that they were rigorous on sanitization and safe distance. Registration, room service and ordering at the restaurant were done through apps, but even with the safe distance, the warmth from the staff was there all the time. I was pleasantly surprised about how professional and fun a meeting can be even in Covid times. Needless to say, my party got back home safe and healthy.

Reviewed By Juan H PThe stay was ok. no issues, the room was clean, the service was ok, it was in the middle of the pandemic and I did not expected much. The food was ok, as expected. It is a good place to stay. I should just say that they should have a little bit more options to buy some food or snacks at night it is very, very limited.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere with impersonal service
Reviewed By Excursion26505961760The hotel follows Ibis quality standards in terms of maintenance and cleaning. It is located near the Querétaro's main bus station, connected to it by a walkway, but I think it is not safe to go through it. It was necessary to take a taxi or uber to go anywhere in the city. In most cases, the service was cold, impersonal and not very hospitable. Unfortunately, I would not say that I felt welcome in this hotel as I felt in many Ibis Hotels all over the world.
