Reviewed By Maps642401We went as a family, my 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. Spent 2 nites, had a good time, but all got very sick.all five of us. With upper resp. Infection and 2 with covid. And we didnt leave the hotel to eat. Three adults are health care workers and we wash our hands all the time. We showered after pool. We caught something bad there. Would not go again.

Reviewed By AMJ92I stayed here one night with my family and couldn’t have been more pleased. My rooms were very comfortable and clean. The amenities (pool/gym) seemed nice, though I didn’t have a chance to use them. There is a nice coffee/fruit stand available the whole day and breakfast in the morning. Best of all, it was such a pleasure to interact with Forrest and Jamie at the front desk. They really went above and beyond. I needed to check out very late, due to an emergency of sorts, and they were super accommodating and understanding. Sometimes with late checkout you can feel pressure to get going, but not here. They were so understanding and encouraging and reassured me to take as long as I needed. I and my family had a great time and can’t wait to return!

Was accused of rude and unprofessional maintenance man of smoking while we were downstairs eating their “continental breakfast” which consisted of cereal and yogurt. No towels in the pool. Rude staff. Don’t waste your money. It seems like a bargain for a good price but it was honestly a horrible experience and the property itself is very unpleasant.

Room was well appointed and clean, staff was very nice. Only complaint was that the indoor pool was absolutely freezing. My son couldn't swim, which was a bummer. I've never encountered a 60° hotel pool. But otherwise, would stay again..

Mike helped me check-in and provided an appropriate level of instruction regarding the room (i.e. how to use the shower and heat), and consideration of my comfort. He was polite and knowledgeable. The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. I felt very safe because the door had two sturdy locks. My only comment on the room is that the pillows are very firm. I enjoyed this, but if you are someone who likes soft pillows, it might behoove you to bring your own. Overall, I would highly recommend this location!

Reviewed By dgdveatonsafety and comfort issues, When we first got there and after unpacking car walking past smokers at bottom of stairs we found the room had no smoke detector (except one on bureau with no battery) going down to front office to hopefully get a working one put up was answered with what do you want us to do its a busy weekend, no sorry I will take care of problem, more concerned did you take shower?? we had been there 10 min.
