We spent one night here during a round tour of the Ha Giang-province, and what a warm and cozy place with lovely and very welcoming hosts to arrive at after a long way of travel. It's situated in the middle of nowhere, and without our Vietnamese guide we would never have found it. For backpackers travelling in the north of the country it's an obviuous choice being so extremely cheap. Also the food is great. Only downside for us was a bit of a chilly night as we visited the place in the coldest part of the year.

We had a family dinner at this home stay. And the food was just great. Amazing pork meat, great vegetarian options, green salats and cheap beer. We loved it The host was very nice and made sure everything is ok.

Toong homestay is about 4km from Tam Son center. This place has a very beautiful landscape and also preserves the unique culture of the Dao ethnic people
Excellent friendly homestay. We stayed here on our first night on the Ha Giang loop. Super friendly hosts - Liam and Zong. A small distance from the main town - but we liked this as it was more rural, in a little homestay village area and they provided a delicious meal in the evening. We would recommend staying here. Loved our stay and evening chat over some food and rice wine. Thank you!

Ly Danh Homestay near by Quan Ba twin mountains. We arrived Homestay in the late afternoon. Mr. Danh smile and welcome us. We had delicious dinner with family. Specially barbecue with rice wine. We are very happy with friendly people here. We will recommend to all of our friends.

We have never stayed in a homestay as plush as this. En suite facilities, separate bedroom and most things you'd expect of a budget hotel at a fraction of the cost. The location was brilliant - a perfect stop over on the way north to Meo Vac. Not the most picturesque setting but quiet and rural in spite of arriving on the weekend of the village Fish Festival. Food was basic but ample and delicious.
