We arrived at the hotel after a 3 hour delay at Manchester airport extremely tired and weary. The first person we met was Stanley on reception and what a lovely welcome, Stanley was both professional and welcoming. Although we were B&B we were offered food and refreshments which was most welcome. The hotel itself is flawless modern, stylish and spotless. As it was 2am in the morning Stanley did show us to our room 216 which was very tastefully furnished and comfortable. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful sea views and balcony. Our reservation was for 7 days and i can honestly say during that time we were spoilt and treated so well by all the staff on reception in the restaurant and at the bar. As world wide travelers we have experienced some lovely hotels, however never have we stayed in a hotel where we have been treated with such respect and kindness and for that we are truly grateful. There was a vast array of food at breakfast and the service was outstanding. The restaurant in the evening was run with the same commitment and dedication by all the staff and the Rosso di Primitivo was delicious. Sadly on the 6th July our 7 day vacation came to and end but WOW what a lovely time we had. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness & professionalism you made our holiday. Keep up the fantastic work guys you are all doing an amazing job.

Superior ROOM with balcony: the room looks much "fresher" on the photos on the website than in reality, but is more than ok. Large springbox bed, TV, many light variations, safe and a refrigerator. The bathroom is nice and big with a modern glass shower with many functions. Unfortunately everything is not very well maintained. Sloping installation of the shower installation, calcified nozzles and the like, but everything still acceptable. The daily cleaning works fine. BREAKFAST: due to the continuous strong wind we always ate in the pizza room. On top of that we had the Covid requirements that no buffet is allowed. So everything was delivered to the table on advance order. And there were also different quality levels of the staff. While some were super friendly/helpful and delivered exactly what was ordered, others were very unmotivated. FACILITIES: well-tended grounds with lots of greenery and great parking. LOCATION: At the beginning of October there is not much going on/open in Terre Mozza, but that was very convenient for us. Empty beaches and few tourists (everywhere). The place itself is not really worth seeing. But the accommodation is well situated at the quasi own sandy beach and only a comfortable 20 minutes walk is the very nice "Lido Marini". By the way, we have good food and more possibilities in Torre San Giovanni.

Quiet location (5 minutes car drive from the old city), free parking, excellent wifi, spacious room, modern room furniture and equipment, great breakfast, lifts. The only problem - window in the room cannot be open. It was locked for some reason. If you want really quiet room, ask the room with a window to backyard, because this hotel very close to the city road with pretty busy traffic.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our 2 suite booking 8 days before arrival for medical reasons Despite our detailed explanations of the reasons for our cancellation the hotel did charge us the full rate (2 suites for 3 nights) for "no show".... During high season which starts on 16h June one has to cancel 20 days before arrival for 0 charge and during mid season which ends on 15th June we can cancel 7 days before arrival with no charge Our arrival was foreseen on 17th June This is really a non commercial attitude from the hotel which stated that they will not be in a positon to sell the 2 suites which is probably not true Therefore ourselves and our friends will in future black list this hotel

For our guests, Palazzo Muro Leccese is "the heart of Salento ," not so much for its geographical position - halfway between the Adriatic and the Ionian sea, between the beautiful Baroque of Lecce and the magic of S. Maria di Leuca -, as for the emotions that this ancient Palace of the seventeenth century arouses in visitors and guests. The honey-colored local stone, the solid white light that creeps powerfully into the "courtyard" and wraps up The Palace until sunset, the open spaces that encourage conviviality and relaxation, the scents that spread from the kitchen and take the memory back in time, to other moments, other emotions. Everything invites you to a magical escapism in a " timeless dimension", with a so wrap-around and nice service, although wonderfully discreet, that it is not difficult to understand why guests come from so far away and do not want to leave this Relais de charme and well-being. In the rooms, all differently decorated with refinement and elegance, the arches are joined in beautiful vaulted ceilings, solid, protective and unattainable, like everything that is majestic, that is history. That is there to preserve an innate beauty, a precious treasure. Fabrics and antique, precious furniture from England coexist with traditional flooring, furniture and laces from Salento and with luxurious, modern facilities, creating a regal and charming mood, eclectic like this land is. But even the food is regal and cherished, prepared with love and passion and served in a lovely dining room with wonderful vaulted ceilings and romantic niches for moments of great intimacy. Located a few meters far from Piazza del Popolo - surely the most beautiful square of Salento for that typical stone, so warm and compliant with artists' mastery - the building dates back to the seventeenth century and was refurbished for the first time in the '20s, acquiring numerous delightful architectural details in Art deco style, and then recently, under the supervision of the Cultural Wealth Ministry to preserve its authenticity and style. Like all the ancient houses, The Palace is built around its "corte" (courtyard). Today all rooms overlook on this space, but in the past it housed the stables, the well and the "pila" (stone laundry) with its grooves (li stricaturi ), confirming the remote intent to make it a common living space, a kind of popular lounge where families spent their days working and helping each other and in the evening they huddled round to listen to the stories of the wise old men which captured the imagination and the attention of the younger ones. Beyond the courtyard, a delightful garden and a wellness area, an oasis of peace originated from love for well-being and relaxation, where you can rediscover the joy of well-spent time. Naturally, with such elegant surroundings to enjoy you may not wish to leave this residence of charm, preferring instead to relax in the reading room, find a quiet corner in the garden where try your hands at crochet, sipping tea in the Aubergine room or enjoying - in the shade of the orange and tangerine trees - the flavors of authentic cooking, refined, driven by love for the good things. Sublime.
The owners’ attention to detail in this fabulous oasis in Muro Leccese is the key to its excellence and charm. We began our walking tour of Salento here, and couldn’t have wished for a better venue and hosts. Food simply brilliant, both dinner and breakfast, all home cooked and locally sourced, for intense flavours and interest. Our room was full of charm, comfortable and characterful, as is the whole property. Thankyou both for your fabulous hospitality, and a lovely region of Italy to explore.

In the heart of the baroque Lecce, Le Bifore can admire charming views of the old town. Its luxurious suites, unique design and research, have been designed and furnished to meet the needs of demanding customers who want not only to visit, but to live the beauties of Salento.
The building itself is wonderful but: 1) No room cleaning at all is performed due to covid-19. This includes (used) towels, which do not get replaced 2) No breakfast at all is served due to covid-19 -> instead, you get a voucher for a coffee & a croissant (thats it) to be redeemed at a nearby cafe 3) The check-in procedure was very confusing and I ended-up staying in a room type different from the one I had booked 4) Very scarce hot water: had to shower with cold water on my first day 5) The place is quite run-down: dirty walls, some cheap furniture (IKEA) 6) Bad is stone hard: could hardly get some sleep 7) Very small & cheap TV All of the above, considering the price point, is not really acceptable. On the positive note, rooms are super big and roomy. This place has a huge potential which is clearly not exploited. As an Italian myself, my recommendation is the following: do yourself a favor and book somewhere else in Lecce.

Dimora San Biagio Suites and Apartments great luxury is the kind gestures of the owner Marco. As the property is within the old town parking can be challenging, however Marco organised close to the property underground parking for the duration of our stay. Marco directed us to the parking and transferred our luggage and ourselves by car to San Biagio Suites. What a great surprise, beautifully appointed rooms, stunning vaulted ceilings, rooftop terrace, perfect location to enjoy one of Italy's most beautiful city's. If you love the charm and romance of staying in historic Lecce, Dimora San Biagio Suites and Apartments will not disappoint. See you on our next visit!

Just returned from a week there. Nearly everything was perfect, just one niggle about not being able to use the pool without using the spa . The rooms were large and clean with a very effective air con. . The breakfast was ample with a interesting choice . Parking was very near just outside in fact. Only one suggestion for a safer and easier bathroom/shower for my wheelchair using wife ,we think a few more grab rails would be in order . But the room and bathroom were large enough for the wheelchair no trouble at all . If you are in Tricase this is a really good place to stay.

It is an exceptional hotel in a style that combines comfort, luxury and personalized services, conception of a refined expression of hospitality based on experiences and sensations that exceed the traditional concept of hotel stay. The masseria is a true summary of the cultural wealth of the encounter between the East and the West. The complicity of elements and compliance conserve made it a unique place in every corner; all the furniture, floors and objects that make up the masseria are unique pieces expertly crafted by skilled craftsmen. The 28 rooms and suites that are developed around a traditional patio typical of Salento Masseria, guests are welcomed in this oasis of peace where rich pleasing scents can enjoy breakfast at the edge of a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
We were welcomed by a friendly staff. The place looks really nice with all sorts of unique Arabic style decorations. A very pleasant place to relax with a hugh 40x40 meter pool. You can also use the spa area. Very nice is the back garden where you can chill out on your outdoor bed and couch. Breakfast was extensive. The only negative thing were the plastic cups in the room and plastic foiled slippers. I would have expected more sustainable solutions.
