Hotel Langhe&Monferrato is amidst the nature, in the Park of Countess in Costigliole d'Asti. A natural and regenerating oasis of tranquility and relaxation. It is 15 kms from Alba, Asti and Canelli. It is in the UNESCO heritage site, rich of traditions, cultural and historical events, food and wine. We have 58 spacious rooms. Family rooms, rooms for 4, rooms for 3, suite and standard rooms. All are equipped either with hydromassage shower or with jacuzzi, LCD TV, kettle for coffee or tea or herbal tea and air conditioner. Free parking area and outdoor playing area for children. During summer, from june till august the hotel guests can use the swimming pool 'Oasi Blu' for free which is adjacent to the hotel.

Reviewed By vanessafu2610We got the Junior Suite room that is facing the mountain and it was a very spacious and comfortable room. Despite it being an older hotel, the bathroom is newly remodeled and everything works. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the hosts are warm and helpful. We walked to town most of the time and took us about 15 min, so it is very conveniently located. The only thing they need to improve is WiFi quality, which is not that great from our room.

Reviewed By star10japanPerfect for a relaxing break - with plenty of wine and excellent food. The Bistrot is an excellent alternative to the Michelin star restaurant as it also serves excellent food. The hotel is very quiet and is suitable for both spa and non-spa guest as the treatment areas are very discreet.

Fantastic time in Asti
Reviewed By thewandering2Have just returned home after a great few days in the Hotel Lys in Asti and felt I should write a review. The hotel is very well situated , just a few minutes walk from the old town and opposite a very pleasant park. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and always very helpful if we needed any information about the area, restaurants, truffle festivals etc. The rooms too , were spotless and spacious- including a bottle of wine and basket of fruit on our arrival! And the breakfast - I don’t think it could have been bettered - including delicious freshly baked cakes, bread, pancakes, cooked breakfast , freshly squeezed orange juice etc . Have not been to many hotels offering this same sort of service. All in all - fantastic and we would certainly recommend it to anyone who was traveling to Asti or the surrounding area. Thank you

Reviewed By nikkijames82I spend four nights at Residenza San Vito and it was magical. I definitely recommend a wine tasting with lunch! The Avenna wines that are made on the estate are amazing. I have already shipped them back home so I can share them with friends. By the time we left the staff felt like friends and it was sad to say goodbye. I will be going back sometime soon. If you want somewhere to relax, recharge and breathe this is definitely a place I would recommend!

Rooms were nice, warm but time of the year .... the pool is lovely for the afternoon and in daytime there is enough to see in the surroundings of Canelli. Breakfast is good and we had few times dinner on the terrace

Reviewed By sabrina27wpOur stay was perfect. We were check-in to a beautiful and spacious room downstairs, the hospitality of Patricia and all her staff was amazing. Great attention to detail, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the big variety of fresh cakes in the morning. A short stroll to explore the town and vineyards. We will definitely be back.

An elegant countryhouse in nature. Six suites, each dedicated to one of the wine labels, a big outdoor area for pleasant walks. The tasty breakfast is homemade with products from the territory. There are several offers and activities for those who would like something different. And all around there is a land awaiting to be discovered as well as the world of wine ready to disclose its secrets. The Relais Tenuta Santa Caterina has all of this and much more to offer: the amenity of blooming spring, the summer made milder by the breeze coming all the way from the seaside, the colourful autumn of the grape harvest and the silent winter.

As others have mentioned it is very quiet, but if you wish to relax and enjoy amazing views of vineyards and hilltop villages this is a place for you. Staff was very friendly and service minded. The attention to detail, from wine tasting to in high end in room amenities, shower gel in the pool shower and grappa in the living room added to the feeling of being pampered. We would love to visit again!

Worst customer service ever
Reviewed By luc_az856I was there for my sister's wedding and what would otherwise have been a perfect weekend of celebrations was to a great extent ruined by the rudeness and total lack of professionalism of some the personnel, particularly the general manager who is also the owner of the hotel. She made rude comments during lunch which really upset my sister and her guests; her customer service skills are non existent and she got all bills wrong and then blamed customers for her errors. She treated customers as ifshe was doing them a favour when customers pay a considerable amount to be there. I definitely can say I had never experienced such a terrible customer service in my life to the date I was in this place. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
