We had a Room With a View!. Pep was so nice. He always remembered our names and was so eager to make sure everything was perfect for us. The food is outstanding. The breakfast is the best we have seen and it changes every day. When we checked in early Pep bought us cava because he felt bad that our room wasn't quite ready. We were treated like kings the entire stay.

You really feel at home with all the added luxuries and comforts. The breakast is extensive with fresh, high quality products. The fruit and orange juice were delicious! The views are stunning and the infinity pool is adults only so is extremely relaxing. The AC works very well (the best of any hotel I have stayed in Europe and we travel extensively), which is very important to us. The rooms and bathroom feel luxurious. The spa is amazing. There is an hourly shuttle to take you to the port and back. The perfect place for a relaxing stay - you could easily spend a long weekend here without leaving the hotel at all. We will be back!!

Partner and myself stayed for 7 nights in the middle of May from Saturday to Saturday. The hotel itself is in an excellent position in Port De Soller, close to the beach, restaurants, tram, and main Bus stops. Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly throughout the stay in all parts of the hotel. Our room on the 3rd floor had a wonderful sea view and fantastic balcony. Everything in the room worked as it should, plenty of space, fridge, safe, bathroom Tv etc. Breakfast was really good each day - great way to start the day with a lovely fresh orange juice. We had one lunch at the hotel which was really good, but didn’t get the opportunity to try the dinner service. The menu did look good. The outside pool areas are lovely, with a good bar service. We used the hotel as a base for lots of walks. The bus services into Port de Soller are good for exploring the area. Would recommend highly!

There are nice places, great places and there's the Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Port de Sóller: the one-and-only place to celebrate the breathtaking sight of the Port de Sóller Bay and the Tramuntana Mountains. Relaxing at the pool or enjoying one of our many restaurants – it all comes with a view in our 4-star BIKINI hotel. So does your room with its spacious balcony. Your private retreat to relax amidst the most fascinating nature. And should you feel the urge to mingle with people: beach and promenade are just a stone's throw from here.
Good ambience, super beautiful garden. Breakfast with a lot of variety and really fresh, beautiful start of the day in the cozy breakfast area. Room was excellent cleaned, great details as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion so on. Easy access to different areas in the entire hotel. In general not so good energy from the staff. It’s says in the news paper that you receive on check-in that “it is not the staff’s job to entertain” and it’s up to the guest to create the ambience, and We think they are taking that a little to far. Dinner at Neni - They were out of a lot of options regarding both food and wine, and the reason for that is because they were going to change the menu. Very small dishes that are high in price. We decided to try most of the starters and for example, the kebab were super salty and the ceviche was a carpaccio (only one kind of fish served ) it only tasted olive oil. Later we were lucky enough to find a place to eat in the harbor that was still open since we were still hungry. Super nice guy working in the donkey bar and also a nice guy welcoming us to the restaurant. Lunch - Great that they let you eat at your sun bed, we ordered the same drink as the day before but after getting the wrong drink twice they told us that they can’t make the same drinks as upstairs. It’s uncomfortable for us as guests to have to come back and say it’s not right and we wish we had a better response to our situation. Also it’s a little bit confusing that the quality standard differ so much between the day and the night. In the end we just got something totally different. It’s helps if the staff could look for solutions rather than problems, and putting the blame on the guest. We live on the island and speak Spanish, all thought they responded us in English all the time. It’s a good hotel with a lot of potential, why be good when you can be great?

Liked · The very stylish and recently refurbished reception/lobby made for a nice entrance in and out of the hotel. Great choice of hot and cold breakfast foods available to suit peoples tastes from various countries. All the staff continuously worked hard to keep the buffet well stocked and tables cleared. The Hotel is located in the quieter part of the Port - just a short walk up the hill from the main beach front. Disliked · The rooms were somewhat basic and a little smaller than expected. Our floor 1 room backed onto a very steep hill side, which made the room quite dark. Good for keeping the room dark whilst sleeping, however it felt dim during the day. More accurate pictures of the basic hillside rooms on Eden's advertisement would help customers know what to expect. I would recommend paying slightly more for the 'Mountain view' rooms on the upper floors.

Our small, comfortable and individually managed Hotel is located in a privileged part of Puerto de Soller, directly in front of the sea and far away from traffic and stress. The Hotel offers 23 full equipped rooms with A/C, central heating, Satellite TV, internet connection, safe, minibar, direct telephone and balcony with front or side sea view. The bathrooms have hydromassage or Jacuzzi & hairdryer. All rooms non-smoking. Hotel offers also a beauty farm, sauna and 2 restaurants.
We greatly enjoyed a 4 night stay at this small hotel. Although we did not have a room with a view, this did not greatly matter as the hotel is beside the beach in the perfect location looking out into the beautiful bay at Port de Soller, (especially appreciated when sitting on the terrace for breakfast). The hotel restaurant was very good as were all the other local restaurants we visited. Any small difficulties which arose were quickly and efficiently addressed by the excellent staff. We were on a self guided walking holiday and the walks were superb.

The Hotel Miramar is a completely renovated family friendly establishment. Located in the port of Soller and well connected with the town of Soller, La Calobra and Palma, the hotel offers 39 rooms with sea or mountain views and complete services and facilities including a splendid terrace bar and restaurant next to the marina
We had a lovely stay at The Mirimar...perfect location & lovely spotlessly clean bedroom with sea view balcony. However, we booked Half Board - The breakfast was poor...and the evening meal we had (just the first night )- it was so bad we ate out the rest of the week. The Bar & "lounge" of the Hotel were very neglected, though the pavement cafe was lovely & the meals there were good ...this Hotel could be lovely with some TLC. The Bar/breakfast staff were good...but Reception staff very poor - hardly ever manned & when it was there was no greeting or helpfulness...and i sent an email for some information before we went , and they never did reply to that. We would stay here again, but only as a Room only basis

LILI APARTMENTS are located in the emblematic Puerto de Sóller, in the North West of Majorca. This apartments are beachfront turistic apartments with all modern amenities. An ideal environment for families with children. Only 30 minutes away from Palma de Mallorca airport. SERVICE Air conditioning & Heating Satelite TV Free fiber-optic WIFI Safe Free exterior parking Full equipped kitchen Dishwasher Whasing machine Towels (change twice a week) Bed linen (change once a week) Elevator
This was the second time we stayed at Lili Apartment. First time we had an amazing stay, and therefore rebooked - but this time was a completely different experience. We checked in on Wednesday. First off, we received two keys, for a three-bedroom apartment. Not possible to have an extra one, and it then required a lot of coordination for us. The receptionist did not talk to us for the whole stay. Not even a hello upon arrival. Not that is ruined our vacation, but I find it weird, not to welcome your guests, and ask if everything is ok. I said hello to her several times during the week, but without luck. When we had to go to the beach, we received 3 beach towels for 6 people, and we were not allowed to get any more. The receptionist told us, that some other guests had stolen the towels, and that was why.... She then added, that these were the only three we would get for the whole week, and that we could "just" wash them ourselves in our apartment. I did not come to Mallorca, to launder beachtowels. Also, if you have to both wash and dry towels 3 pieces for 6 people, it would take quite sometime, and for obvious reasons, leave us completely without towels for some of the days. Last time, this was not an issue at all. Overall they seemed very obsessed about all towels in the apartment, and it was not possible to get a clean one if needed. I find it very weird, that you have to go buy your own towels at a hotel. The least we would expect, was that they could have informed about this, so we had a chance to bring one from home. I still think it is weird, since it is not cheap to live there. I have by the way read the e-mail from you, after we complained, saying we acted like "spring break teenagers" (We stayed with my mother-in-law on 65, and our three small children, but I am happy that you find both her and us to be "forever young") Also accusing us of threatening the receptionist with "destroying her and her family". I am honestly without words. It seems like a super desperate move, to make us look completely psyko instead of owning up to your actions and choices. The e-mail also comments on lack of respect for your covid-restrictions. We dont lack respect for covid, and are all fully vaccinated. If you experienced anything we did or did not do in the reception area, I would find it natural as a receptionist, to just say "hey, please remember to wear a face mask" or whatever. After all you are placed at a beach, so i am sorry if we offended you in any way. But again, she did not even look up, when we came and left. Also a very hollow comment, when looking at your cleaning standards. Lastly, i just want to clear, that the rooms are very nice, but it fades in the lack of service. I could fear, that you guys would try to report this post to tripadvisor, since i see only 5 star ratings. To this i just want to state, that i have the e-mail mentioned, to prove what is written.

Sóller Garden is a family run hotel in the port of the small town of Sóller in Mallorca (Majorca). The hotel is located in a very quiet area and has more than 30 well equipped bungalows that are set in its large and landscaped garden.
Simple and very cheap accomodation in cabins with no fridge, aircon or tv. But if you can live without facilities like that, you will get good value for money. The breakfast is good but the bread could be better. The rooms are clean and cleaned well every day. Friendly staff and nice outside facilities. I realize that this is not the hotel's fault, but the crazy dogs of the neighbor properties bark from early morning till late night, which can ruin your sleep, so be sure to bring earplugs. All together I'm satisfied with me one week stay here.
