Reviewed By Heitor LThe hotel has a good location, near to two highways, so it is handy for travellers passing by Ponta Grossa. The access to downtown is also easy. The hotel is new, quiet and very clean. There are rooms for families and the breakfast is very good.

Reviewed By ChuchorinconThis is a good value hotel. The rooms and facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was included in my rate and was very diverse. Has a parking and the hotel is easy to access. You can walk to a shopping mall about 4 blocks where you can eat between lunch and dinner time where most street restaurants are closed in Ponta Grossa. No doubt I would stay again here next time.

The 3 stories building holds 2 for apartments, I have stayed in a lux room, which has a good space, a queen bed and a work desk in the corner, the a/c it's an old (but working) wall kinda noisy , carpeted floors and a nice spacious bathroom, the amenities in the shower suck. The bed it's average where you can have a decent night of sleep, the room lacks of outlets it's very annoying, there is no outlets in the bed side . The hotel has two pools , game room and a gym, the gym has very old equipment so don't count on running or cycling or doing anything actually . The service it's average . Overall an average experience.

Reviewed By Kennewickscottif the rooms were a bit larger, it would be every bit a hotel the stature of a Marriott or Hilton or Westin. It was a throwback to nice hotels in the 60-70's. 40 year old hotel, but, has been updated and upgraded, I'm sure. Staff was very attentive. Rooms, halls, lobby were immaculate. Breakfast was great. So many options to choose. The owner/manager was in the breakfast room every morning and was solicitous. She didn't speak a lot of English, but, we spoke Portuguese and Spanish for the most part. We could tell she and her staff took great pride in their work. Great price value. We'd stay again with no problem.

Reviewed By cnussenLuds Comfort is located in the downtown of Ponta Grossa. Is very accessible having a wide range of restaurants, stores and banks around. (Across from the hotel is located a stunning upscale home decor store.) The staff is friendly and accommodating, the hotel shines in cleanliness and the breakfast is to die for. Excellent wifi reception and ample parking garage are a plus. When visiting the area Luds Comfort is always going to be my first and only choice.

Solid Option in the city
Reviewed By Anfield33Spent 4 nights here on business, and the hotel was basic in all respects, although comfortable and clean! The room and bathroom were well-maintained, but nothing luxurious by any means; breakfast was simple but plentiful, and I was surprised to see so many cake varieties in the mornings. The wifi worked well throughout, and there's a nice seating area between the foyer and the restaurant with comfortable sofas and tables if you need to get some work done. The staff were all very friendly, although very few spoke or understood any English, which did make it interesting and challenging at times - nonetheless they always appeared eager to help! The hotel is well located to plenty of shops and restaurants in the city centre, and the main shopping mall is only 1km away.
