A great choice for those looking to relax in a quiet country setting. More than just a Bed & Breakfast, our Inn is unique to the area with a modern wing of twelve individually themed guest rooms, each with a private bath. The 450 acre farm is centrally located in Pocahontas county and surrounded by National Forests and amazing local attractions. . • Labyrinth • Hiking trails • Farm tour - "Meet & Greet the Animals" horses, mini horses, donkeys and chickens.
We loved our "Fantasy" room - very spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely murals on the walls and ceiling. MQI does not serve breakfast or do anything other than check you in, but they do give you a daily breakfast voucher to Dean's Den which is 1/4 mile down the road. Andy the owner can make you just about any kind of breakfast you want: eggs, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches. He was not only kind and generous, he had good knowledge about what to do in the area. He'll be happy to help guide you! Andy was the best part of our stay - great guy! Regarding the "no technology zone" in the area (we had our phones off mostly) MQI has Ethernet cables to hook up to laptops, so you can access the internet that way. They also have an extensive DVD collection so you can watch movies at least. Enjoy being "unplugged" while you're here - but if that freaks you out, this may not be the best place to stay.

Ideally located next to the Powder Monkey chairlift, and across the street from Snowshoe’s famous Western Territory, the family-owned Corduroy Inn and Lodge is Snowshoe’s only upscale boutique hotel. With its own private hearth room with onsite check-in, the Corduroy Inn and Lodge offers a high level of service and convenience to its guests. Being located literally steps away from the slopes and a short 5-minute walk from the main village, the Corduroy Inn and Lodge is the ideal location for your Snowshoe vacation. The Corduroy Inn and Lodge comprises of two hotel buildings, the original Corduroy Inn was completely renovated in 2014, and the brand new Corduroy Lodge that is scheduled to open November 2020. The combined property offers 42 guest units, including Studio Hotel Rooms, Loft Units, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites. The top floor of the Corduroy Lodge features a restaurant/banquet hall with unobstructed sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains.
We have stayed at Corduroy Inn several times in the last couple of years. If you like skiing the Western Territory, then it can't be beat for location. The restaurant and bar plus new construction make for a completely satisfying ski trip. All the staff are friendly and responsive too!

The Seneca offers accommodation in Snowshoe's Village. It is located along the village plaza adjacent to a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The Seneca offers guests very spacious units ranging from studios to a six bedroom unit; many with spectacular valley views on the western side of the complex and plaza views on the front side of the building and is only a short walk to the slopes. All units feature gas fireplaces and balcony or patio access, and all units are air conditioned. Jr. Studios offer a kitchenette while all other units offer full kitchens. The Seneca also features such amenities as free high speed WiFi, Direct TV, a garden patio with a very large outdoor spa / hot tub and an outdoor fireplace for your enjoyment and relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a small exercise area with cardio and workout machines and sauna, laundry facilities, a beautiful Hearth Room with big screen projection TV, and secure ski lockers.
We surprised our kids with a Christmas ski trip (12/26-12/30) and booked at Seneca after seeing other reviews about the location near the slopes, village, shuttle pickup for Silvercreek, and the underground parking. I knew it was going to be busy so we arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday to check in at Top of the World. Waited in line while the kids played in the snow that was dumped before we arrived. Picked up room (#215 Deluxe Studio facing the village) key, locker code, and lift tickets from the friendly staff. Pulled into the heated underground garage and unloaded the truck. Room was tight but had a pull out sofa bed, queen bed, full kitchen, gas fireplace, and a balcony. The TV/DVD player were a mess and in a squirrels nest of cables but I bought a firestick. We connected it to the wifi and we were good for the trip. We planned to eat in the room for most meals and bought lots of frozen chilli, deer meat for tacos/spaghetti, and bacon/sausage to keep the other food in the coolers cold on the way up on our 10 hour drive. Balcony was great for keeping drinks cold and watching all the people try out their skis on from the rental location which was just steps away. The closet was small but we just brought extra heavy hangers for the ski gear to dry out while the ground floor ski lockers fit all of our equipment except our boots (family of 5). We did not really notice the outside noise, snowplows, or blowers but they were running while we were there. Plan to go back sometime this season and hope we time the weather right again. Hopefully there will be me more places open to eat at in the village but I plan to bring food to save money. If you have a down day when not on the slopes go to the Cheat Mountain hiking trail behind the water towers up near Soaring Eagle Lodge which looks like its straight out of the Narina movies.

Auntie Pasta's restaurant and the Comedy Cellar share the Lower Level.Mountain Lodge offers one, two and (a few) three bedroom condos. Most have queen beds & queen sleeper sofas. All condos feature well stocked fully equipped kitchens and walkout balconies.
This place is less desirable that others in the area. Reminds me of Cheap hotels. Outdated, basic lodge. Vending machines were all empty. The place at night was sooo hot! No air conditioning and the beds were awful.

Featuring swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, lounge, and Fenton Art Glass gift shop. 72 extra large rooms with refrigerators, coffee makers, and cable. non-smoking & smoking rooms available
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We had spent the day at Green Bank Observatory and were ready to settle in for the night. We checked in---the girl at the desk was friendly and suggested Greenbrier Grille for supper. Check in was quick and we were soon on our way to fill our hungry stomachs. Now back to the motel. Let me start with the fact that it is huge with many rooms, a pool, and plenty of grassy area for kids to run and play. Our room was perfect. It was large with two double beds and a view of the pool right outside our window. The room was clean, the beds comfy, coffee maker and fridge, TV and WiFi and internet access all provided. Plenty of outlets for your PC and charging your phones. The bathroom was clean with plenty of fluffy towels. Overall a great stay.

I didn't stay in this unit but two couples in our group did. We had breakfast and played some games in this unit. Very spacious and clean and nice! I would stay there if we were to go back to the Snow Shoe area.

Standard, junior studio, studio, one and two bedroom units located in the heart of Snowshoe's Village just steps from the slopes and the Ballhooter Lift. Units offer spectacular western vistas and village plaza views. All units except Junior Studios and Traditional Hotel Rooms have full kitchens; Juniors have efficiency kitchens. All rooms feature: High speed wireless internet connection, TV, Gas fireplaces, outside hot tubs with sunset views, exercise room, sauna, vending and laundry facilities, underground parking and air conditioning. Rimfire also has secure lockers for ski equipment storage and a Starbucks located right off the lobby.
Rimfire is the best location and lodging in Snowshoe…enjoy! Underground parking. Next to all the restaurants. Western Rocky Mountain feel on the east coast. Apparently I must bloviate more to submit this because “not enough characters “ according to trip advisor….bottom line…have stayed multiple places Rimfire by FAR the best at Snowshoe!!

Offering junior studio, two bedroom, two bedroom with den, and three bedroom condos, Expedition Station's contemporary styling offers a completely new lodging alternative for guest at Snowshoe. Junior studios and two-bedroom units are equipped with an efficiency kitchen. Junior studios sleep 2-4 people, with a select few that only sleep 2 and some units will have a pull-down Murphy bed. All units are air conditioned.
We decided on our short trip to tubing to stay overnight and fortunately found a room at Expedition Station. To be up front - rentals at Snowshoe are EXPENSIVE, and Expedition Station is actually at the cheap end but it will still run over $300/night during ski season, of which $140 is some kind of fee. It's not a hotel but instead a condo with hotel-style rental. There's no lobby which is the only big drawback - you have to drive down to Slaty Fork (about 5 miles) to pick up your keys. Also the checkin is late (4pm) and checkout early (10am) so prepare around that. But other than that, we found the place to be great. The room is very cozy but spacious and the kitchenette is well stocked with what you need (non-food, so bring yours). Because we eat special diets (gluten and dairy free) we almost always have to cook and this place made it easy. There's a HUGE TV to watch with plenty of channels and internet hookup, and every room has it's own Wifi router. The king bed was super comfortable - probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. The only downside was that the the pullout sofa was busted so we had to work around that but not too bad.

Logger's Run was created especially for Snowshoe Mountain. Offering guests 4 and 5 bedroom ski in/ski out log townhomes, with single car garage. Hot tub on the deck with views of the slope. Out the back door, the Upper Flume slope will take you straight to the high-speed. Ballhooter lift. Beautiful kitchen, air conditioning, large Master bedroom with spa tub. Gas fireplace with large built-in entertainment center. Walking distance to The Village or take the free Snowshoe Shuttle.
We have been to snowshoe as a group of single friends, married couples and now for the second year in a row as a family with small children and friends. We stayed in Loggersrun #17 this month. Either the management or/housekeeping was not doing a good job of keeping this place up to the high standard we expected for the price. $2000 for three nights. The hot tub was broken. We called to see if anyone was coming to fix it and never got any returned calls. They arrived the day before we were leaving and “fixed” it, but when we checked it that night and the next morning the water was still cold. The security code did not work on the slope side door and we were never given another code. We never got a return call on this issue either. One bedroom with bunk beds was broken . Many dirty tissues under two beds in the same room. The wall in hall full bath had not been repaired near shower curtain. No remote control for the TV in the living room. The phone was so static that it was not usable to make calls. There was trash outside back door slope side. This is the first time I have made a review like this for snowshoe. Hope things improve. I would not want this management company caring for my property.
