Extremely clean room and hotel! Updated bath with shower. Breakfast was ok, but lacked in choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By angelaangelamLast month of June me and my husband went to the sea for few days of holiday,in Pineto in Abruzzi. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good. The hotel is really close to the finest sand beach and the suggestive pinewood runs alongside the coast.

Nice Facility and Location but not 4 Star
Reviewed By Howard LWe were looking for a nice quiet getaway after the lockdown and found it. However this was not a 4 Star Hotel as listed on the booking sites, no more than 3 Stars. It is clean and well maintained, but our room was small (couldn’t open the bathroom door without hitting the bed) with a bathroom even smaller (you can see showers were not originally part of the bathroom as they now encroach on the comode.) Lacks the amenities one expects from a 4 star facility; better mattress, fluffier pillows, larger TV (but in our room there would have been no room for it.) Pool is very nice for relaxing in, not small and not overly large. Grounds are well maintained. Beach just outside the rear of the facility. We were on half board and ate much better outside. Meals were very simple, selected the day before, and lacked diversity; at best 2 Stars. Excellent selection of fresh baked goods for breakfast, but little else. Poor coffee from a generic multi-selection machine that didn’t always work. When my wife asked for french fries, which we saw were being served to the children nearby, she was told she had to have the potatoes that were ordered. Not a way to treat guests. We did not find it the value for the price we paid.

Overbooked and left me stranded
Reviewed By F UI booked with Hotels.com 4 days prior. After driving 600km I arrive and they can't find my reservation initially after 1.5 hrs they find it but they don't have any vacancy. I was left stranded with 2 young children. Be very careful with this establishment. In the end I stayed in guilanova up the street about 20km and is much more pleasant of a town with easy access to beach. This resort is far fro. Beach with a train railway to cross. My advise keep looking...

Reviewed By P1133MWbarbaravTerrible pizza’s: dont go to this place! The cheese tastes like plastic and all the vegetables were frozen! We eated only a little piece and then called the boss. He said that it was our mistake to go to his place. So we have to pay the whole bill and he wanted to let us pay also for the second course, wich we did’nt got....This is Italy but domino’s is better!

One kilometer away from the highway and three kilometers from Pineto , tourist town overlooking the Adriatic coast , lies the farm Col Morino , who is named after the hill on which it is located . Farmhouse of the early ' 900 , extensively renovated and enriched with period furnishings . And ' surrounded by 10 acres of land , which are domestic food products of own production, so as to ensure the quality and taste of the past . The farm has seven rooms : 4 doubles 3 quadruple cozy, comfortable and meticulous in detail , with its services within them . The business is run by the owners , mindful of a traditional and natural , in search of ancient flavors Teramo .
Peaceful and well-maintianed
Reviewed By Laufam_travellersThis was our first stay in an agriturismo, and it was quite a pleasant experience. The place is well-kept, and you can tell that a lot of work and a lot of love has gone into the renovations and the details of decoration. We had a room on the first floor, with views across the hills and farmland to the mountains in the distance. Our room was a double room with an extra bed put into it for our son. This made it slightly on the small side, but was still manageable. The room had a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a desk with a chair, and a very nice en-suite bathroom. I think all the guestrooms are on the first floor, up an outdoors staircase - something to consider for those with mobility issues. Breakfast is of the sweet Italian variety, with generous servings of homemade cakes and pies, together with juice, tea or coffee. It is served in the restaurant, which was unfortunately closed for the season when we were there. It is a very nice space, and we would have liked to eat there - perhaps another time! In the summer it is also possible to sit outside under the vines in the pergola. Abruzzo is a region that doesn't get as many foreign tourists as other parts of Italy, and it is a great place to practice your Italian, as foreign language skills are not always prominent, but here we got by fine between the host's bit of English and my bit of Italian (and the host even helped teach me a little!) The agriturismo is a few kilometers outside the seaside town of Pineto, and it is recommended to have a car to stay here. With a car, you can reach lots of interesting and beautiful places conveniently, though, both seaside and up into the mountains. The hilltop town of Atri is only a handful of kilometers away, and a lovely place to visit - we liked it enough to visit in the morning, and then go back again for dinner in the evening. Overall, we quite enjoyed our brief stay of two nights, the friendly welcome we received, and the beautiful area, and we hope to come back again for another visit.

Reviewed By luuuuuus71Splendido resort di recente costruzione. Posizione incantevole con vista mare su Pineto da un lato e su Scerne e Roseto dall'altro e vista montagna sul Gran Sasso. Abbiamo soggiornato per sette giorni in camera quadrupla con soppalco: camera pulita, fresca ma comunque con condizionatore, spazi limitati ma adeguati, bella doccia spaziosa, arredamento moderno, essenziale e funzionale. Spazi esterni incantevoli anche se non totalmente completati. Fantastica piscina con panorama sulle colline coltivate e sui paesi circostanti, Atri, da visitare assolutamente, Mutignano e i suoi calanchi e Castelnuovo Vomano. Colazione varia e abbondante. Pranzo e cena soddisfacenti, abbondanti ma consiglio di variare maggiormente il menu, aggiungendo più portate. Personale gentile e pronto a farsi in quattro per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ringraziamo in particolare Sonia, la preferita di nostro figlio Gioele, ed Anna. Un grazie di cuore ai proprietari Liliana e Gabriele che ci hanno coccolati ed intrattenuti, aiutandoci con la sistemazione in spiaggia e relativo parcheggio. Grazie anche alle figlie dei proprietari per aver intrattenuto i nostri figli con Jarno, uno splendido cavallo di stazione presso il resort, e Rio, un simpaticissimo barboncino in miniatura.

Simplicity, elegance and tranquility are the characteristics that best express our idea of hospitality. The B & B is located in an elegant villa family , from which it took its name. The property has been recently renovated to provide maximum comfort in a warm and harmonious . In the common room kitchen / living room is served a rich breakfast buffet , while in the rest of the day you can relax with a good book and a drink / tea . The kitchen is available for guests to prepare meals. In addition, the cummon room has a pleasant terrace during the season. The double rooms are equipped with private bathroom , TV, air conditioning and heating for the winter months and wi -fi. The two double / single use have a shared bathroom . The B&B is located in the small town of Scerne Pineto , a town in the province of Teramo bathed by the Adriatic Sea . The central location and close to tourist attractions makes getting around on foot. A few steps away , in fact , there are pebbly beaches , a nature in which to completely relax and where to assoporare the sea breeze with the song of the seagulls. There are also bus stops and the train station to get to the villages in the surrounding area . To combine sport and relaxation there is a bike path that is part of the cycle route that connects the Adriatic Scerne Pineto for a total of 5 km of the coast. The young owners speak English , French and German and will be happy to help you organize your trip and stay
