We were driving to Tuscany and were seeking a hotel for an overnight stop. Pinerolo seemed like a good place to look. However, no hotel could we find. We did, however, see a couple of signs for Casa Carla. We don't usually try B&Bs, but were so glad that we did on this occasion. Casa Carla is truly a little gem. Carla is a lovely lady, and a great cook, who offers guests her own cakes and jam along with other delicious local produce for breakfast. The house is beautiful. Our room was large and comfortable with amazing views. We did have to share the bathroom facilities with another room but this caused us no problems. Our Italian is very very basic and Carla only speaks a little English but we were able to communicate perfectly well in French. Carla also helped us by booking a restaurant table for our evening meal in Pinerolo, where they offered us a discount because of her introduction. All this at a very good price. Great value for money.

When we arrived, we were advised that we would be awaken by dog barking and very nice singing of a rooster... We really wanted to have a coq-au-vin for breakfast, as we were awaken at 4 in the morning by the dogs and the rooster. The bed wasn't really a bed as it was a home made mezzanine with a very hard matress. We had backpain and also pain in the shoulder on the following morning. First piece of advice is don't go there Second piece of advice is don't forget ear plugs if you still want to go there. The breakfast was included in the room price and was 4 slices of fabulous home made bread and for slices of awfull cracker bread. To be avoided. We had dinner on the first night, it wasn't good. Sorry. There are plenty of other agriturismo in the region, we'll try another one next time.

Villa Doria il Torrione is a neoclassic building with a wonderful park of 20 hectares. Next to the villa therea€™s a B&B that offers guests a suggestive stay amid the quiet of the Piedmontese countryside. Apartments and rooms have been finely restored combining the charm of an antique place with modern comforts.
We spent just one night here on our way back to England. Like a previous guest we had great difficulty in actually getting into the courtyard, but after a few false attempts, a kindly farmer escorted us to the gate and phoned the owner who came and opened up for us. We did arrive in daylight and strongly suggest that one calls the owner on your phone to alert them of your iminent arrival. Our accomodation was amazing. We had booked a junior suite, and finished up with a whole two bedroom apartment. It was all very comfortable, except it took a while to get hot water. The sheer number of hydrangeas and other flowers and shrubs in immaculate grounds was a delight. The area around the pool with loungers and tables and chairs was great. They do not serve dinner but gave us the name of a restaurant in a nearby town, which was a delightful drive in the early evening. Breakfast is included.

I have dementia and recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful from special signage to warm kind smiles. What the hotel lacked in physical dementia friendly they made up for in bucketfuls by simply listening and doing everything they could to make our stay superb. A special mention has to go to our Waiter Francesca who looked after us each evening with humour, kindness and professionalism.

The price is good. The hotel is almost in the downtown. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast has a large offer of nice sweets. But the main building needs a refurbishment urgently. If you arrive to a room so bad maintained, every detail becomes in a big issue. Every detail of bad cleaning (basket with the rest of the previous guest), the shower courtain with black spots, bed sheets not properly cleaned, could be not so much considered if the soround enviroment help, but the reallity is that them are an accumulation of the bad sense when you go into the room. A re-investment is needed urgently

I had the occasion to stay in this hotel for the second time, some days ago. Quite hotel in the square of San Secondo. Excellent room, clear and fresh. The bathroom as the bedroom was wide with bath. Unfortunately the internet connection was not stable.

Our B&B is only 5 minutes away from the town of Pinerolo and 15 minutes away from Turin. Silvana, Didier and Giulia will warmly welcome you in their house. This typical Piedmontese country farm dates back to the 18th century. It has been completely renewed in 2007: you will find a very familiar and cozy atmosphere. The house is located in the countryside, in the very centre of the village, only 3 km far from the larger Pinerolo. It is an ideal location to visit the city of Turin, which can be reached by car, train or bus. Our philosophy consists in the pleasure of hospitality, meant as beauty and respect of diversity. We discover all this every time we meet a new guest, who, at the end of the stay, often becomes a friend. We will personally serve you the breakfast, we think that sitting in front of a rich breakfast is the best starting point to meet people!
We stayed here last year , and I must say it was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in. Giulia and her family where so kind and attentive . We almost felt part of the family when we left . The B&B is located in a small town and has the most amazing scenery . if you are looking to get away post covid 19 to unwind and relax, this is your place. Amazing food , amazing people, beautiful pool and beyond a 5 star service. We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you Giulia and family David

These small apartments, a very short walk into the historic section, are run by a very nice, welcoming family. We spent one night here in apartment 4 (the red room). Apartment is basic, clean and spacious. It was nice to have use of a washing machine. Good wifi. We awoke to wonderful aroma from the downstairs bakery. We enjoyed walking around the old town of Pinerolo, especially the walk up to the cathedral. If you look at google earth view, you see that there is a parking lot in front of the street where the hotel is located. You should park in this lot. The spots along the shops are for one hour only. The spots in the center are for longer periods. There is also another lot across the road. The little street, Via della Parrocchiale, is on the western end of the parking lot
