Reviewed By Albert GThey have good service, clean rooms, parking and pool. THe restaurant is good at a decent price. However, their facility is kind of old. Next to them there is an excellent restaurant. Their location is half a mile from Brazil´s major highway (Pres. Dutra). SAfety and security are not an issue here.

Reviewed By davort885Pretty much good hotel. Nice interior design in lobby, room and buffet area with nice minimalistic art pieces. Hotel personal polite and always with smile on their face. As I had long stay in hotel, personal start to behave very friendly and supportive on any of my questions they had answer. I would especially like to thank Maid Daiane for keeping my room clean and tidy.

Reviewed By Suzi_RampazzoLugar maravilhoso! Fizemos uma busca por acomodações em Santo Antônio do Pinhal e apareceu esta Pousada como uma das opções. Não atentamos que era em Pindamonhangaba... Mas não tem importância, foi excelente! Localização escondida de quem passa pela rodovia, garante privacidade e silêncio e apesar de distante 11 km de Santo Antônio do Pinhal, não dificultou em nada nossos passeios pela região. Foi uma viagem em família,para comemorar o aniversário dos meus filhos. Ficamos no chalé com dois quartos e em frente à piscina, com varanda, redes, mesinhas externas, parecendo uma casa de campo! Equipado com dois banheiros, salas de jantar, estar, de televisão, cozinha, despensa enorme e área de serviço. Muito aconchegante, limpo e com excelentes roupas de cama e banho. Ar condicionado, com ar quente, nos dois quartos, aquecedor elétrico para a sala de TV, que funciona como terceiro quarto, e uma lareira na sala de estar, garantindo horas de aconchego diante do fogo. Lenha nunca falta, é só pedir. Esta época de distânciamento social nos impediu de ter serviços de quarto e de restaurante eventual que, normalmente, o local proporciona. Mas a recepção e o atendimento é muito bom, cheio de gentileza e atenção, seja pela Helô, ou pelo Gustavo. Paisagem e vegetação espetaculares, até com direito a uma cachoeira quase privativa. Muito confortável. Adoramos e pretendemos voltar.
