Modern and fresh interior design - good sized rooms and delighted to have interconnecting rooms for the family. Well priced and with friendly staff. Nice touches like sweets for children, coffee available at all times and decent breakfast included. Well done! Pet-friendly too. Only down-side is that the parking is very limited.

We had a very nice short vacation at Le Cap Hornu… Restaurant was also very good, but would be better with some more choices on the menu, 4 starters and 4 main dishes is a bit few if you want to stay for a week of more..’

A relaxed and luxury hotel, located in the heart of the “Baie de Somme”. The 11 authentic rooms provide calm and comfort in Saint Valery sur Somme, a picturesque fishing village. The decorator has chosen comfortable, elegant designer furniture.
This was our second trip to Les Corderies, which is a lovely modern hotel with fantastic views. We stayed in a Stunning View room, on the first floor of the spa annex. The views are indeed stunning from the Juliet balcony. The room design is very stark, which makes the view the focus. The bed was super king size and comfortable. The shower room and separate loo were very nice, with good toiletries. We had great weather, so enjoyed a drink in the garden both evenings - more great views over the estuary and lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed a late evening Calvados in the garden, with lovely service from the lady who was also working on the reception. Our only quibble was that we found the dinner to be overpriced. With starters at about €18 and mains at €39, we were expecting some great things. In fact, my cod and my partner’s steak dishes were not very special. Nothing to warrant a complaint at the time, but disappointing. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of continental options and some enticing looking cake.

This was our second stay at this well placed hotel directly by the estuary. It was just an overnight stay this time to break our journey back to the Eurotunnel. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and a good breakfast is served in a light and pleasant dining room. The decor tends towards the functional but everything is very modern with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The public car park is right outside and the receptionist at the hotel will give you an all day parking ticket for 5 euros. Pay a little extra and get a room overlooking the Baie - it's well worth it.

The castle is an old mansion located 9 km from the sea, near Saint Valery sur Somme, 15 km from Mers-les-Bains / TreportThe building is surrounded by a park of 11000 m2 closed and includes a cottage and 5 rooms with different themes (for 2 to 4 people as bedrooms ).
The hosts Dominique and Jerome were most welcoming and helpful. Our one week stay was very enjoyable. We found the chateau a good base for the attractions of the bay of the Somme although it is in a very rural location. (By the way do not expect a castle when you see the word "chateau", but an interesting country house). The rooms are comfortable and each one is individualistically furnished and decorated. The breakfasts are first class with bread and pastries fresh from the bakery. The shared breakfast table offers a good opportunity to meet your fellow guests. We enjoyed food of a high standard on the evenings we had prearranged to dine in. The Kota grill indoor barbecue is a must if you are staying a few days - a true meat feast. The property features a sauna and a spa pool which we did not use. There is no swimming pool. The enterprising host also runs a quad bike business on site, and he is a member of a local blues band.

Reminiscent of an 18th-century authentic hamlet, the Hyatt Regency Chantilly is set amongst verdant trees and the Nonette river that runs through the hotel grounds. Enjoy a retreat that feels a world away, while being conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Charles De Gaulle International airport and 45 minutes away from Paris. In the opulent historic town of Chantilly, you will be near many attractions, including the Chateau de Chantilly and its prestigious horse racecourses. In light of COVID-19 , the restaurant and bar have temporarily ceased normal operations and are not currently accepting reservations until further notice.
I had a wonderful stay here, recommended the hotel to friends, and was planning to return again in August. I rated the hotel very highly on the survey that Hyatt emailed me after my stay. I was SHOCKED then when the hotel charged my credit card for €67 three weeks after my stay. Why? There was no explanation. I did not damage the room in any way. I have now had to cancel my credit card, and will dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. I have been very inconvenienced by this as I am travelling and away from home at present. I have NEVER before had a Hyatt hotel charge me after my stay for a mystery charge. I have been Googling the hotel today and understand it is in financial difficulties and has defaulted on loans. I believe the hotel is now fraudulently charging guests for extra charges, hoping no one notices. I will report this matter to Hyatt and in the meantime, have alerted the friends I foolishly recommended this property to not to stay here. Very disappointing. It’s a nice hotel - but dishonest.

A chic and peaceful hotel with the feel of a private house. The hotel Les Pilotes, offers 25 rooms where comfort is expressed in a vintage spirit : tartan and psychedelic carpets, unusual and quirky wallpapers, curtains made from tuxedo fabrics, scandinavian lamps and furnitures from the 60’s, glass and sandstone mosaics in the bathrooms, Gras or Matégot lamps … Upon arrival, the Hotel offers you a soothing and relaxing ambiance.
I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The room had a lovely view but it was quite small and the curtains needed attention also the bathroom steamed up as no ventilation. The breakfast was dull and couldn’t make a good cup of tea as there wasn’t boiling water.

Nestled in the stunning Parc Nautique de l Ailette and its golf course. A stopover for business or leisure in a natural environment. Restaurant, bar, swimming pool, parking, jogging and billiards. Golf of 18 holes nearby.
We have just spent a weekend here and were overall pleased. Not the most professional welcome though. After only just walking through the door and giving our name, we were asked if we wanted to book the restaurant for the evening.... followed by an enquiry as to whether we wanted to book for the weekend !! Bit pushy to say the least. On the positive side, it's quiet. The surroundings are perfect. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is attentive and views across the lake are lovely. Staff are generally pleasant and professional, but a special mention to a chap named Max who went the extra mile. The setting here is great and I think that's what you're paying for. The drinks are overpriced as well. Pool is heated ( big plus ! ) 20 mins from the beautiful town of Laon. There is plenty of parking in the town so if you can drive then do it. A taxi is 50 euros each way.

We stayed just one night at this hotel, chosen due to it being close to Beauvais airport. We arrived early afternoon and went to one of the restaurants opposite the hotel to have a late buffet lunch. It’s very clean and probably on a par with English mid-range hotel chains. We didn’t have breakfast. The receptionist booked an early taxi for us to the airport which arrived on time. Overall, a very reasonably priced hotel for a comfortable night’s sleep with a decent shower.
