Reviewed By RaymondTran68The hotel has a great location in front of a big lake. This brings a good feeling of comfort, freshness, and relaxation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean spacious. The hotel is not in a busy area, and it takes you about 20 - 30 minutes to local restaurants on foot. Room service has limited dishes, and the taste is disappointing especially if you want to try spaghetti. Anyway, this is still a good hotel to try when you are travelling to Phu Tho, and the schedule is too tight to go back to Hanoi.

Reviewed By AdamB825Absolutely cannot recommend this for international guests. Greeted by reception man smoking in the no smoking area. Check in process in disarray - could not find an Agoda or Booking.com prepaid reservation. We chose this hotel as we were tired and wanted no complications. This is exactly the opposite of our experience. We ended up having out passports held hostage while on a business trip.

Reviewed By MzunguGirlOur family stayed in this hotel one week. We are happy we have chosen this hotel. It’s very modern construction and unique furniture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specially i want to note one receptionist who is very helpful and know English well. She helped us to solve all our request, it is Khanh Le. The supervisor of houses keeping was care a lot if everything is good and we are happy staying there. For breakfast they have various food to choose. From the first minute till the last moment being at hotel, staffs were caring about us. It makes us feel special. Location of the hotel is also convenient. Thank you ?

Các b nhân viên đáng yêu dễ thương hết sức dù khách sạn k có trà sữa nhưng nhân viên vẫn tìm và order giúp ? Tới trải nghiệm có 1 ngày thôi nhưng rất thích, hi vọng lần sau sẽ có cơ hội tới nữa?
