Reviewed By Happiii-ness13I spent several nights in this hotel, all of them during the Covid-19 Lockdown. The Hotel and staff are very endeavour to make your stay pleasant, even during this special times. Breakfast was always possible and most of the time even dinner. This is not normal, several hotels did this not! The rooms are nice and pretty new and offers everything you expect, including Coffee Maker, Fridge and so on. If you get a room facing to the street you will not notice it, if you keep the windows shut.

Reviewed By S JNow we had the chance again travelling, we wanted to visit part of our family in Carinthia (Austria). We planned to do the trip by car from Belgium to Austria in 2 days. We did look for an hotel somewhere in the middle of the trip. We did choose this hotel for the trip to Austria and also for the trip back to Belgium. And later this year we will book this hotel again when we make the trip to Austria again.

Reviewed By Pioneer53934807039Outdated, small room, with even smaller bathroom behind the toilet and the hot water was unstable. Poor quality internet. It's clean, so if you don't expect much, the hotel is fine, but I cannot recommend it for business trips. Not even for a short stay.

Reviewed By Michal MWe had to stay somewhere unexpectedly and they had no problem accomodating us. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was a lot to choose from. While we were waiting for a taxi they even gave us apple juice and water. Thank you so much we had a great stay :)

Reviewed By Fabio BWe stayed there for one night, as a stopover from a longer journey. Very friendly staff, big & clean room, very good breakfast. The inly downside is maybe the many stairs, but we had fee luggages so it wasn’t a problem Excellent value for money.

Great stay pleasant hotel
Reviewed By 961colinkI visited this hotel because of a business occasion. I really enjoyed it! Although the exterior and the lobby could need some updating, the rooms were generous and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the food of excellent quality. The staff was very friendly. I do suffer under some allergies which cause that I am having difficulties with eating certain foods. Because of that I really have to criticize the food labeling from the buffet. Nuts, fish or other food ingredients need to be labeled property for the guests with special needs.

Reviewed By Paar0815Positiv: - Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal - Sehr günstige Übernachtung - Großer Stellplatz für Pkw (zwar am Bahnhof, paar Schritte vom Hotel weg, und gegen Gebühr, aber viiiieeel besser als ein Parkhaus zu besuchen) - Zimmer mit "Wintergarten" mit Tisch, sodass man sich dort aufhalten kann und das Schlafzimmer nicht heizen muss - Lage in der Stadt top Negativ: - Sauberkeit lässt überall, im ganzen Hotel, zu wünschen übrig - "Lobby" unfertig, hängen Kabel rum - Frühstück maximal ausreichend (wobei wir auf das Frühstück sehr großen Wert legen) - ÖPNV vor der Tür (zur Außenstelle der Arcus-Klinik sind es insgesamt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus)

Not quite a business hotel

This is not really a place we're I would stay for a convenient stay for business purposes, but is a good place to go with a group of people to enjoy the environment. I think you can stay here with large groups easily. The stay was okay, nothing more nothing less.

Lovely staff and an amazing hotel manager!
Reviewed By Iorle123I have visited the hotel during the second wave of the pandemic, and since I arrived from a red country, I had to quarantine in my room for a few long days. Needless to say, it has been a complicated and difficult situation for me, and even though I have tried to be well organized and arrive with everything I need, there were still some things I have missed. Having said that, the staff made big efforts to make my stay comfy and smooth. Every single thing I have asked have been fulfilled immediately with a big smile. I have found myself calling the reception, and five minutes after they knocked on my door bringing me what I have asked. These kinds of things cannot be taken for granted. The prices also have been fair, and I have only good things to say about this place, in this lovely city. I highly recommend this hotel!
