Hostal Blau is a little hotel located in one of the narrow and rocky streets of the village: Forn Street. The sixteenth-century house, restored to adapt it for the present times, surprise everybody for its originality, and the time doesn´t passes within their rooms. Decorated in colors dominated by blue, clear and dark, and by the golden ochres of the toasted fields, let know to our visitors our complicity to feel in peace in a place where you aren´t a slave of the pass of the time. The management of Hostal Blau changed. Toña Aysa will be delighted to welcome you.

Reviewed By johnhouston2This is our second visit to Peratallada and to Hostal Blau. We fell in love with this place first time round and it is still as marvellous as ever. Hostal Blau is an excellent guesthouse run by a lovely lady. The style, furnishings and decor combine to make it the sort of house you’d love to own. This time we booked a Superior Double and that was certainly a good choice as our room, which is just off a charming internal courtyard, comprises a sitting room, huge bedroom and en-suite facilities further on. It is really lovely and the only slight downside is that in the sitting room area, the partition wall is a false wall, so you can pretty much hear everything that goes on in the adjoining room. The hotel also provides a handy little tea and coffee station from which you can help yourself to a welcoming cuppa. Breakfast is typical continental fare of fresh fruits, juices, cold meats and cheese and is nicely presented and very tasty. All in all, Hostal Blau is a lovely place to stay in an equally lovely village and we are already looking forward to making a return visit.

Fabulous hotel and welcome
Reviewed By dit823This hotel is a gem. It’s in the most beautiful setting, the grounds and inside are immaculate and everything is thoughtfully decorated and arranged. But the thing that sets this place apart is the owners and their team. We were half board and Gloria made us the most delicious dinners, made with fresh local ingredients and lots of courses! Breakfast was a great choice of fruit, bread, meats and cheeses, again, everything was fresh and tasty. We were relaxed and spoilt throughout and nothing was too much trouble - one of the staff even fixed our bike! Would highly recommend.

Reviewed By BradB2078These jokers still take online bookings for their rooms even when the hostal is closed. I booked and paid for a room for my wife, and when she went to check-in, they are closed. She is now stranded in Peratallada at night with nowhere to stay and no taxi. Sort out your availability dates!

Charming B&B in a charming medieval town
Reviewed By Håkan CWe were a party of seven people staying here for three nights and we really liked both the town and the B&B. The free WiFi works fine and the complementary breakfast is nice (and served outside in a beautiful patio). Okey, the rooms were not 100% clean, but we liked it anyway. So yes, we will be back next time in Peratallada.

Reviewed By Centaur68We booked a suite (last week of August), they confirmed the reservation and paid the deposit of € 150. Three days later the person in charge of the establishment called us and told us that he was canceling the reservation. Reason: A French client had booked the entire establishment for him and wanted to extend his stay until the days we had reserved. Obviously he returned the deposit, but the lack of words and the treatment leaving us second-rate clients seems unpresentable to me. Take advantage of it, but if you are not rich, refrain from booking at this establishment, or have a plan B prepared.

Lovely stay just outside of Peratallada
Reviewed By joshscott89A quaint little hotel just outside of Peratallada, the staff are so welcoming and make such a good effort for their guests. The room was immaculate and facilities were nice. The breakfast had an array of options all were fresh and local. From start to finish we had an amazing time and it was the perfect distance to walk into Peratallada.

Reviewed By EatthemeatA charming hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Located on a stunningly beautiful pedestrian street in this tiny beautiful village. The rooms are of a decent size but basic and a bit warm in the summer, they do have air conditioning though. We would stay here again and do recommend it.

"Ca l'Anguila" is a restored farmhouse that was built in 1.823. It's near Peratallada, a medieval village surrounded by fields and woods. There are different farm animals: ducks, hens, rabbits... especially dairy cows. Now centered on the rural tourism too. It's excellent location will allow you to enjoy a calm, relaxed stay if you find the bests accomodations of the Costa Brava.

The farm is quiet and the staf is very friendly eaven if they speak only spanish. We managed to understand us good. Each room has a diffrent colour decoration like the wood cow that is on the door. Room was very clean eavry day. You have the option to take the breakfast there or not. If you want you can also cook. For childrens there is a small place outside, so they can play. For dinner you can have a 5min walt to Peratallada where are diferrrent restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderfull lunch in the garden
Reviewed By Sander VWe decided to go back to this place after the most amazing experience we had here 6 years ago. Unfortunately the memory was better as what we had now. Although the food was very nice and the garden with its lush tree's is extremely charming it did not have this wow factor that we had 6 years ago. gazpacho and the truffel ravioli where amazing must try!
