Don’t waste your money on this Damp smelling Deluxe King room with Courtyard . A/C would not turn on so was a cold 14• for a few hours then someone came turned on a noisy outdated system which got to a top of 19• after 2 days. Couldn’t use the blanket provided in the cupboard was smelly old and had hair all over it.Bathroom was hard to access as sliding door was jammed and had shower in bathtub. Dodgy screwed latch was on sliding door to ugly outdated courtyard jail (didn’t even bother to go out as was so I’m inviting) ceiling in the hallway leaking and the ceiling tiles fell onto the floor during the night. A horrible overpriced experience at $557 for two nights!

We stayed in cabin #66. Four main problems were a broken bed, no lighter for the stove, no oven and no wifi. When we checked out, we advised the lady at the front desk (she was lovely). I was advised someone would be in contact. After a week of not hearing, I phoned. I was told the bed was fixed and that the cabin does not include an oven. I advised that having the bed fixed, did not assist me during our stay and that the website states it has an oven. Also, if you are going to have a gas stove, provide a lighter or it’s pointless! The lady told me she would speak to management and call back. When she phoned back, I was advised that they will change the website to state no oven and also I could have a night free next time I stayed. I advised I would not be staying with them again, so again, she said she would call back after speaking to management. It’s now been over a month, and still nothing. Disappointing stay and response from management. Definitely will not recommend a stay with them.

This hotel has it all. Stayed after attending the Panthers vs Roosters game and glad we did. Travelled from Canberra to Gold Coast, Sydney, and then back to Canberra and this hotel was so far ahead of the rest. Paid much more at others and got far less. Room was modern, clean, and had everything anyone could as for. Staff were attentive and so friendly. Just the kind of people you want to employ. They cared and you could tell. Hats off to you all. See you next time we are in town.

Firstly a little disclaimer we checked in late and left early so didn’t get a chance to speak to staff or management. Room was clean and tidy, well appointed and located on busy Mulgoa Road however noise wasn’t a problem. My only real complaint was that we had no hot water for a shower which was hugely disappointing. Beds were a little uncomfortable but we all have different tastes in that regard.

Great stay with friends, clean and tidy rooms, quiet, nice friendly staff, courtesy bus to and from Penrith Stadium and Leagues club and very affordable. Beers on ice in our room when we arrived and good facilities, Shelly and her team made our stay a lot of fun. Bar was open until 3am, $5 Tooheys Scooners, does it get any better, will be sure to stay again.

I inadvertently left a box of very valuable hobby equipment behind in a room. I didn't realise until I needed said box again. Instead of being notified of my mistake, the box has mysteriously disappeared.
