The location in Pavlov is perfect - right in the center of the small town and a great base for exploring the area. All staff are nice and efficient (without being overly friendly) and the lobby maintains a very professional hotel feeling. They have nice spa ("wellness") facilities here such as massage, sauna and whirlpool for a very reasonable price, and the procedures are handled very professionally. The views of the lake from the room are lovely, and the on-site restaurant for breakfast and half-board (dinner) is super convenient in such a small town. The beds are nice & comfortable and I slept well. AC was great to have! Pet-friendly, although not in the restaurant. The pleasant restaurant has a wide variety of wines, local beer and interesting drinks to try, and also offered outdoor terrace seating. Seemed to be very popular with pet-owners and families with small children, and a high chair was available to use in the restaurant. The negatives. It is extremely expensive for what you actually get, and the rooms (which are more pension-like than hotel) do not reflect the price at all. Relatively small with an equally small window, and our room did not look like the photos posted on the website (no fridge included ). Regarding the website, they have an excellent one, but unfortunately it fooled me. There is a big part about their chef and restaurant that had me thinking this was really going to be a culinary experience, but it absolutely was not. We paid for half-board (incl only a main course, no drinks or extras) every evening but were sometimes disappointed about the food quality. Frozen supermarket vegetables, generally uninspiring choices, but there were a few meals we really liked (such as the chicken Caesar salad). The pet charge was the highest I've ever paid, and I've stayed at many pet-friendly properties! WiFi was very spotty, worked only off and on. I wished they had some garden or outdoor space to spend time. All in all, I expected a higher level of luxury for the price and in the end feel a bit disappointed with this choice. The spa was one of the main reasons I booked, only to be told they don't do couples nor pre-natal massages. I would choose a different property if I booked again.

Reviewed By goodads1Bedbugs — vantzim — in one of our two rooms. It is possible that they came from another hotel, but I don't think so. That should be enough for the review, but if you want more: worst breakfast in the Czech Republic and loud drunks from downstairs at 3 a.m. On the other hand, the hotelier seemed like a nice guy. Maybe he will read this and chuck the mattress and box spring (2nd floor, third room from the stairs).

Krásná procházka, s nádhernými výhledy.
Reviewed By Romana_HribovaOpakovaně se vracíme. Nyní jsme zaparkovali v Pavlově. Vydali jsme se na Děvičky a následně po červené a po zelené na Děvín, poté po červené na křižovatku k Sirotčimu hrádku a po naučné stezce zpět k Děvičkám. Děvičky jsou půvabné ostatky hradu s krásnymi výhledy. Na Děvíně u vysílače výhledy daleko široko, cesta po červené z Děvína k Sirotčímu hradku velmi krásná (schody). Naučná stezka zpět k Děvičkám lehká, na slunném svahu. Šli jsme po dešti, cesta na Děvičky jedna velká bahnitá skluzavka, dále cesta problematická, ale schůdná.

Reviewed By Lucie LDesignové apartmány, vyladěné do detailu. Vše krásné a nové. Na uvítanou sklenka vína, na pokoji vinotéka a vybavená kuchyňka. Na společné chodbě hraje jemná hudba, která atmosféru výborně dokresluje. Personál velmi milý. Klidná lokalita. Parkování ve dvoře. Možnost rezervace stolu či degustace ve sklepě Vinařství Paulus, které k penzionu patří.

Priserne chovani spravce
Reviewed By 890pavelhHezke misto, hezke apartmany, ale chovani a pristup spravce, ktery nas mel ubytovat jsem presto ze je mi 63 let, jeste nezazil. Parkovani na opacnem konci arealu do strmeho kopce, nam nebylo jasne a misto vysvetleni a napravy pouze hystericky krik pana spravce. Parkovaci mista primo vedle apartamanu jsou udajne urceny pro osoby bydlici opet na jinem cili opacnem konci arealu. Po nekonecne ceste po D1 privitani a hadka bez reseni s naprosto nekompetentnim spravcem. Vysledek hadky byl nahly odjezd spravce pryc a ponechani nas svemu osudu. Nastesti jsme v podvecer jeste nasli jine tentokrat velmi mile a prijemne ubytovani. Palavske apartmany opravdu nemohu doporucit.

Hodně lidí sem chodí na pizzu,ale když si ji dáte v nedalekých Hrušovanech nJ. tak zjistíte že už jinde pizzu nebudete chtít. Posezení,bowling,šipky a super prostředí na relax.

We were three groups of families, and due to the change of one night of itinerary, I asked to change the schedule just for one night through many methods. (Phone call / Booking.com message / through Czech colleague) During the phone call, (they don't have reception desk.) one of their employee couldn't understand our request and asked me to leave a message. And I asked our request through messenger of Booking.com and also I did it through booking.com system (changed the date). They didn't reply and the next day, I asked one of my Czech colleague to explain it. And the receptionist designated one room with the changed schedule. All the payment was made by card in the site by the receptionist. But after the itinerary, I received a message from booking.com that the host said we didn't use the room. And I replied that we used as changed schedule and room as the receptionist confirmed. But they took the money of one more night, 1,970 Czech Koruna from my card. I asked to settle it and give back the unexpected payment through my Czech colleague, but after long and many unpleasant phone conversation, they said we did a mistake and it's a penalty of 'NO-SHOW'. And they don't want to pay back the money. I feel very unpleasant this kind of situation and I will make complaint through European Consumer Center Czech Republic about this issue, and also I will post in other trip apps and social medias. I don't want any people have this kind of nightmare with this Apartment. Except the communication, all everything was perfect. But nobody will not want to pay double for the accommodation.
