Located in the centre of Palermo, Palazzo Natoli is an elegant modern boutique hotel. With its 11 rooms, the building has an intimate and elegant ambience, although it still preserves the feeling of a nobleman’s residence. The Hotel is located 250m far from Palermo Cathedral and the famous Quattro Canti, a crossroads that leads to the city’s historic centre and its famous markets.
We stayed in the family room which was larger than what we needed, but it ended up serving us well after some severe jet lag. (Extra couch came in handy). The location of this hotel could not be better. Virtually accessible to everything Palermo has to offer. The service and attention of the staff was beyond what was expected. Could not recommend more highly.

We loved our stay with this property. The rooms offer everything you need, plus space to keep your bags.My room was very quiet, I asked for that and it was perfect. I love the clean and simple concept of this property. A tasty rooftop breakfast and wonderful staff really helps the clients. Excellent service with smiles, don't know how that do it, the hotel was full, they were great!!

B&B Porta di Castro, una prestigiosa struttura... l'eleganza e il comfort di una suite nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo... al prezzo di un B&B...
I stayed in this hotel when I was organising a nature tour in Sicily for a group of English people, and I will definitely stay there whenever I visit Palermo in the future. It's an extraordinary building - an old church that was abandoned for years and has been lovingly restored by the owner, Alessandro. He has an amazing imagination and has introduced glass floors and a glass lift shaft and decorated the entire hotel with interesting antiquities, art, vespers, bicycles and Sicilian knick-knacks. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have antique sinks and are decorated with old Sicilian tiles. Breakfasts were lovely - as much coffee / pastries as you could possibly consume and a lovely side plate of fruit on every table. All the staff were warm and helpful, and, as other reviewers have mentioned, they're in touch with a team of people who can drive you to sites or to the airport and who are all professional, calm and reassuring. Alessandro himself is quite charming and he tells me he may be opening a sauna soon so look out for that! The hotel is right in the centre of town, near the Palazzo dei Normanni, which houses the Capella Palatina (unmissable) and regular exhibitions of modern art, and is a short walk away from the Cathedral and the pedestrianised Via Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel is in an old side street so there isn't a huge amount of light - but don't be put off by that because the location and ambience is perfect and you can dowse yourself in sunshine all day when you're walking around town. I highly recommend Porta di Castro. Thank you to Alessandro and all the staff for a very special stay.

My wife and I spent three nights at Rosa's Palazzo Del Poeta in mid-May. Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Still speechless about the breakfast... During our stay, whenever we needed something, we got help immediately. Rosa has set up a most efficient messaging system, and she and her team always responded immediately. At the end of our trip, I forgot a jacket at Palazzo Del Poeta. Rosa notified me, asked me for my address, and sent it all the way to New York, not asking for anything. In short, the place (the palazzo itself and its location) is great and the team is fantastic - will go back as soon as we can go back to Sicily! Highly recommended! Simon

Hotel was OK with clean rooms and okay customer service. Parking area was not that big but we managed to find a slot after waiting a moment. Price-level was great since 4 people room cost 88e. Neighborhood is quite busy and full of buildings which was a surprise after seeing the pictures of the hotel yard.

The NH Palermo hotel overlooks the gorgeous Gulf of Palermo and is located right next to the city's botanical gardens. Its location is perfect for both business travelers and tourists.
The location of the hotel is good- it’s close to a lovely part of town. I would say that the service was quite lacking, and we didn’t feel very welcome on arrival. The room was fine, clean and well equipped. We did enjoy spending time around the pool- a bonus as it was very hot.

In a palace of the early '900, in the heart of Palermo, stands "ARTEMISIA PALACE HOTEL". The name is inspired by the story of a female heroine, Artemisia Sanchez, noble woman of Spanish descent, who fought against the old enlightened minds for the modernization of their land so beautiful and varied.Artemisia gave love and hospitality to hers people as well as the new structure will take care of the guests by offering services in a refined
We stayed 2 nights at the end of March. First impressions - the staff!! The most friendly group in Sicily. The trio on the front desk are just so nice - only to be outdone by the trio in the breakfast room. Second impression - great location. We walked to the Quattro Canti, the Teatro(s) etc. There are so many restaurants nearby by that it is almost hard to choose! We were surprised by how many walking only streets there were just steps away. The parking garage is just one block away - but you can pull up right out front to unload your luggage first. You can get here without going into the ZTL by coming in from the cruise ship port side (SS 113). On our way to the garage we spotted a blue curb parking spot. Saved us 25 euros - hotel front desk staff have the parking tickets to sell you and helped us scratch off the times we would be parked in the blue zone. The only drawback to our stay? The temperature was 23 degrees celcius - and the hotel air conditioning was still on winter shutdown "until next month". While happy with warm weather, we had to open the window for some cooling air at night. The street is noisy until 300am with traffic, sirens and people. We were on the 2nd floor, with an over the street balcony. Maybe you will want a higher floor because of the noise. Breakfast was huge - cereals, pastries, hot eggs and bacon etc. Make sure you ask for the fresh squeezed orange juice - it is not on display but is so good. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 4-night stay at the Wagner, and it was better than we expected. The hotel is designed in a classic old-style grand motif, and we had wondered if it would be a little stale compared to other 5-star hotels where we stayed during an 18-day splurge trip to Malta/Sicily. It’s beautiful and tastefully decorated; we had a suite, which was roomy and bright. The windows and shutters keep out the street noise and light, ensuring a good, deep sleep. The staff was very warm and helpful; we felt very welcomed there. The breakfast didn’t have quite as many choices as other hotels we stayed at, but there was certainly enough, and the food was good. There is not a restaurant in the hotel, but there is a wonderful bar and library, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. It is centrally located so it’s easy to walk to the center of Palermo. We enjoyed staying there.

Discover history, majesty and serenity at Villa Igiea: a turn-of-the-century palazzo at the perimeter of vivid Palermo, the foot of Mount Pellegrino and the Gulf of Palermo. A long-loved seaside-meets-city sanctuary for royalty, dignitaries and Hollywood luminaries, trace their paths through tiered villa gardens that sweep down to the port and out to the Tyrrhenian Sea; on excursions to Palermo’s bustling markets, Baroque palaces and ancient sites, or yacht trips along its picturesque coast; and through Villa Igiea’s Italian restaurants, atmospheric bars and palatial Art Nouveau interior, revitalised as a Rocco Forte hotel. Opening Spring 2021.
We were told this was the best hotel in Palermo so decided to try out for dinner before booking a stay. Service 3/10, food 7/10, loos 2/10. The food took well over an hour to arrive. Never asked if we wanted drinks throughout the entire evening, waiters noisily preparing food for others on trolleys next to our table constantly, bill was inaccurate, manageress asked waiter about incorrect bill in front of us. No attention at all. We had to ask constantly for anything from water to bill and no rush to deliver. Food was good but not exceptional. Menus were handed out in English rather than in Italian and I am not English and spoke Italian. Lots of flustered waiters do not a relaxing experience at all.
