Restaurant and Bar facilities are close to PlayaMarina 1 As well as a whole host of lively spots to dine and be entertained in the immediate area. There is also a Bank underneath the apartments with full Banking facilities and ATM cash machine.

Reviewed By BudScotlandStayed here for 4 nights with my wife and daughter in a 2 bedroom apartment. The aparthotel was quiet as it was still early in the season, but this suited us. The whole place was nice and clean and our apartment was well furnished and modern with a pool view. Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside and a supermarket a couple of hundred metres away.

Reviewed By kevintW8860DTIf driving to the hotel you need to enter from the Campomor direction & is situated directly opposite the road stop sign of the road you are entering from. Google Maps get a bit confused, advising turn right, then turn left, while the hotel is right in front of you! I suggest turning right, where there was ample street parking. On entering the hotel we were greeted by the pungent smell of the drains! A note on the reception desk advised us to advance to room 1° 5, where we checked in. Unfortunately our room was unavailable at that time, so left our bags, being told it would ready "in an hour". Double bed & bedroom room is a good size but the mattress seemed worn & we constantly found we were drifting into the middle! A little more care regarding cleaning & dusting would be desired. Extra blankets were provided, if required. Bathroom of good size with shower in the bath. Good size kitchen containing fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. Large living room table & chairs basic settee & balcony, but no outlook, other than the adjacent hotel or a café from the toilet window! Our room 1° 2 can be a little noisy being so close to the 'strip' & a local cafe, who assemble their chairs & tables around 6am! Issued with WiFi password & code to entrance door for out of hours entry - Worked fine. There were no signs of the smell of the drains in the apartment although it was still very apparent in the foyer, when we checked out. Well placed if your main objectives are the cafés, bars & restaurants, in the area.

Reviewed By Noeleen FSpent a week here in early July, apt was spotless and everything is on your doorstep but I have to compliment the staff and especially Ally who is so nice and looks after the place and all the guests so well, everyone around the pool area and in the apts were so friendly, I know why they return here year and year, thank you Ally and staff for a lovely stay..

Disappointing.
Reviewed By Sharon SWe stayed at a property on this urbanisation and to be honest we were bored senseless. Unless you want an all day breakfast or to drink all day, there is nothing to do or see. You are surrounded by buildings and cranes for as far as the eye can see. There is no scenery locally unless you want to drive out into the countryside which is fairly barren The area is full of English people so trying to practice Spanish is virtually impossible. The property needed upgrading. The 2nd bedroom was rammed full with bunk beds and a put you up bed which was so uncomfortable. The towels were old and the sun beds were mostly broken. We come home 2 days early as we had had enough. There are far nicer places to go than this housing estate for a holiday.

Reviewed By Paul KGood location, good value for money.Close to all the bars and restaurants literally outside. Apartment clean except floors were not swept through. The complex does not supply cleaning products or a drying cloth. The reception is manned during the day. On arrival we were checked in promptly but with little conversation. Given the key but not told which way to go. The complex has free WiFi throughout with good signal.

Great Visit - right on the strip
Reviewed By canary_funsterAll 6 of us stayed here and booked through a Spanish guy called Tallon we met at Rianxeira Restaurant in Cabo Roig in the Summer. He is sucha character in his hawaii shirt, always pissed but came up trumps with this place for us. Mum, dad and gran all stayed in lovely big apartment with English tv and everything you could wish for. The reception was only open at certain times but as we booked through Tallon we didnt really bother too much with em. The pool was freezing, not heated but hey, its Spain (this time of year, likened to Ayr - 4 sure) Great location, everything right on our doorstop. The Spanish fella even told us the where to go and not to. He also dsaid he spoke many languages and if we needed anything translating then he was our man. We were daunted by meeting this man and giving him our money in cash on the day but just like he promised in the Summer, everthing went like clockwork. He kept popping back to see us to make sure my gran was ok. One ogf the times, she felt he was away with the drink, but a lovely bloke whom knows all the gossip on all the places seemingly. He said his wife Tracy was poorly, so maybe explains why he was always drinking, the worry of his good lady. Angus, Andrea, Scotty, Mable, Jock and myself wish your wife all the very best with her cancer treatment . See you again in Summer. ALovely balcony and despite being warned about throwing butt ends over the balcony !! we all loved the complex and most certainly will be returning.

La vivienda estaba muy bien surtida de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días despreocupados (menaje abundante, productos de limpieza, de aseo...). Se agradece estar en un lugar tan tranquilo, tan cerca del bullicio. Un 10. Lo único menos positivo es el comportamiento de las personas en la piscina, que hacen oídos sordos a las diversas prohibiciones (no fumar, no usar pelotas...), pero eso nada tiene que ver con la gestión.
