I was extremely astonished how good the service was. I was late to check-in before 22.00 (yes - this is a negative point that you should check-in before this time, otherwise you will have to find another place to sleep), but they perfectly organised my late arrival by phone and booking.com messenger. The key was "delivered" to me and a set of hints, what I should do if I want to check-out early as well. The room was very nice and clean. Bathroom - nothing bad to say. TV with a range of channels. Nice breakfast. Only the location not so nice. Well, this place has been created to organise weddings including overnight stay. And their location is perfect from this point of veiw (in fron of a church, in the outskirts of the city). But for tourists and transit travellers - location of Arkadia can be a challenge.

The short noticed booking by Phone call and best price option incl. breakfast was perfect. The Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast, no Chicken or Turkey sausages, and bathroom would need maintenanceService but OK. The bed Looks Not Like Mercure Style, but i slept Well.

The hotel and the rooms look nice. I think the room was bigger compared to previous experiences at another hotels. The restaurant can serve a great variety of choice for breakfast and for dinner also. The AC noise was not so disturbing during the night. Hard to park in the street but the hotel has an own garage. (45pln/day). Try the solianka soup!

There are rooms for: 1, 2 and 4 people. Each room has all the necessary equipment (beds, bed linens and towels) and free Internet access. The double rooms have private bathrooms while the rest use a shared one. Of course, prices vary according to the standard and the season but they are not very high in comparison to other hotels.
We stayed for 6 days in August, 2021. Our room was neat and clean except the chairs were all in desperate need of replacing or, at least, recovering. All were just ratty looking. The room had a kettle/tea pot and there were tea bags provided. But, no coffee. I had to go to a small store and buy my own coffee. The morning breakfast was not a buffet due to COVID. But, there is a server to provide the food. In addition to the usual European breakfast items (cold meat, cheeses, etc.) one can also order eggs prepared as ordered with ham, bacon, cheese, etc. Breakfast was actually good. We didn't eat in the restaurant other than that, so no opinion. The staff were generally quite friendly and helpful. But, housekeeping was not great. A couple of times, our used coffee/tea cups were left in the room after cleaning. The location is very convenient to the Old Town which is nice. The hotel has parking included in the rate which is also nice, although the street to get there is narrow cobblestone. Overall, the hotel is a good option for those who want to be within walking distance of the center. I think the hotel is a solid 3 star, but not quite 4.

We would like to invite you to our hotel. Running a restaurant for twelve years, we have been gathering information from our guests about things they like or dislike in hotels all around the world. On the basis of this information, we have tried to establish a place where nice and friendly surroundings enhanced by professional service could guarantee our guests a good time. When selecting the furnishings and recruiting the staff members, we followed the idea that has been applied for years in our restaurant - to create a place that feels like home or... Even better, as you do not have to cook and clean. Our hotel is located in a more than one hundred years old tenement house whose architecture made it possible for us to create 20 exceptional rooms. Each of them is equipped with a TV set, minibar, air-conditioning, safe and the Internet.
I was in Opole for a business meeting. I've checked ratings and It was looking good, but inside my apartament I found dirty, old carpet, curtains smell, people call It 3* hotel. I think they use some bots to score high. That's just my opinion.

Surely there are things will knock you down here, for example a lovely balcony with plants, a very good breakfast and above all, courtesy of the hotel staff. Had it not been for the latter, my stay would have been much worse. No AC - the lady provided me with an electric fan. Basic toiletries included a tiny bar of soap - the lady found some shampoo. A mini-desk so small that you can only place your laptop .. no more room left (have a look at the picture enclosed). All in all, the hotel has it merits and demerits and in fairness I would rate it 3,5 out of 5.

Moszna Apartments is housed 150 metres from the Moszna Castle in the heart of the most famous race horse breeding farm in Poland. Stylish apartments are fitted with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. A breakfast is offered on site while other meals can be ordered from the Moszna Castle. Guests can benefit from horse riding lessons as well as bicycle rental. A very spacious indoor children's playroom and outdoor playgrounds are available.
Pros: 1. Very nice spacious apartment. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Located very close to the Moszna Castle. 4. Great eggs at breakfast. Cons: 1. Rooms did not have heat. 2. Front desk is only staffed when they know someone is arriving for check-in so let them know ahead of time when you will get there. Other points which did not affect overall rating/review but future guests may want to be aware of: 1. Booking.com has the wrong phone number listed I believe, if you need to call for assistance (no one at front desk etc), call +48-665-155-433 2. Staff does not speak any English, although the owner's daughter does speak some. I recommending having someone in your group that speaks some Polish.
