In this wonderful newly built 4-Star-Hotel the guests can expect all the comfort they wish for. Our front office is 24-hours opened and our multilingual staff will take good care of you. The hotel is perfectly suited for business guests as well as other travellers. For business guests, we are offering 6 different meeting rooms equipped with high-quality conference techniques and free WiFi in all public areas and the rooms. Other travellers can relax in our comfortable lounge after a busy sightseeing day or work out in our fitness area. The overall comfortable designed rooms are equipped with work desks, flat-screen TVs, and espresso machines for enjoying a relaxed morning. You can also benefit from our luxurious breakfast buffet or taste skilfully prepared beverages such as cocktails later at the bar and in our restaurant. The location of the hotel is very good for many occasions. The German Leather Museum is 2.3 km away, the Stadthalle Offenbach 5 km and the Frankfurt Airport only 19 km away from our hotel. We are offering an airport shuttle for a small additional fee as well. Reviewed By ahmedn323It shows 4 star property but the services are nil. They don’t clean rooms everyday. I called the receptionist. I was asking for room cleaning and she drop the phone on me. I went to reception. The lady was there. I asked her name and she refuse to tell me her name. She was speaking English with Spanish accent. I asked for front desk manager and she told me that she is only available on Monday. The receptionist was very rude and don’t have manner how to talk to guest. I was very disappointed.

Close to the airport and next to the river
Reviewed By MrPhileasFDelta Hotel Frankfurt is located by the river in Offenbach not far from Frankfurt City Centre and a 15-minute drive from the airport, FRA. Whilst there are some restaurants in the area, it is mostly corporate and business buildings around the hotel, and if you are looking shopping and restaurants and bars then you need to take the S-bahn to city centre. The hotel has a nice open lobby area with reception on one side and seating on the other. The restaurant is situated on the first floor with nice views over the river. Sadly, it's only open for breakfast and dinner at the moment. On the second floor is the gym, which is a good size with both machines and weights. The rooms are big and nicely presented with a modern look and feel. The bathrooms are an open design, making them funky and modern. A nice hotel with easy access to both town and the airport.

Reviewed By CiinaIt is a good hotel that delivers a decent nights sleep but nothing extra to grant a higher score. The hotel looked a bit dated in some areas with paint falling off the walls. Nice large bedroom with ample of place to put your toiletries away. Breakfast ok but the staff didnt quite manage to keep it replenished. Staff was nice and polite. Great location from Frankfurt airport

Nothing was as expected
Reviewed By Denissa111We finally found the hotel as the GPS kept sending us to the back wall. We then checked in to find that the hotel had no service, no towel change, no room service, and no AC. none of which we expected even during COVID times knowing that we had just been on the road for 10 days and this was our fourth hotel. Will avoid going there ever again even if in the end the location was good for us. Also as it was really hot we opened the window at night to be woken up from 3 am by chanting cocks.

GOOD VALUE AND NEWLY RENOVATED

Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

Reviewed By SquawkleoI have just spent 4 days at this hotel for a workshop. I must state right away that I hadn't booked a room; only the seminar room, lunch and dinner. Firstly - and this isn't anything that can be helped, but should be mentioned - the hotel is situated in the MIDDLE of monumental construction (which, by the looks of it, will continue for a loooooong time), cannot easily be accessed due to roads being renewed, the parking lot is in the middle of the building site (dirty, dusty puddles and pebbles). The hotel itself has the brutal charm of 1980s concrete and doesn't seem to welcome you. The meals were buffet only, and sadly nothing to write home about. Tepid and soggy. However, the snacks served during the coffee breaks were prettily served and good. The staff was friendly and funny and helpful, which made up for a lot! I spend quite a bit of time at workshops in hotels across Germany and must unfortunately say, this one didn't make the grade. I cannot imagine where they got their 4 stars.
