Reviewed By PamAlburyReception was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a good breakfast which is served in a lovely dining room. We had a spacious room, simply appointed but with everything we needed , even a balcony. A short bike ride into town and the port.

В ресторане всё вкусно обслуживание хорошее но, повторюсь, это не пик сезона и даже не выходные..., было всего 2-3 столика на ужин, один официант прекрасно справлялся. Завтрак комбинированный, есть буфет и можно заказать по меню, выбор нормальный.

Good place to stay but some caveats
Reviewed By genibre69Pros: Large double room suite that was immaculate and ready for check-in when I arrived about 11:30AM. Friendly, young manager/staff member spoke decent enough English. Wifi works quite well except for video. Location is amazing- a 7-minute walk from the pier and 5-7 minutes to bars/restaurants/the supermarket/bus station. Also whilst there was no washing machine in the room like my booking indicated, she did laundry for me anyway! Much appreciated! Hot shower water and excellent water pressure. Cons: For €50 a night, there could be lots more TV channels and also better TV reception. No channels were in English and they were ALL fuzzy. Also, basics for a kitchenette like a sponge and even a bowl were absent. Yet there are shot glasses. Not impressed for the price for the lack of these items. Also even though the booking indicated credit cards were accepted, the machine conveniently didn't work at check out so I had to go to a cash point, incurring an ATM fee for me. Not happy with that. The aforementioned young lady said the malfunction just happened but I'm suspicious. If it did happen over there weekend, why weren't us guests notified in an email or some other means? Also there is no soundproofing so I heard the convos of the guests above me clearly. Thankfully they quieted down at night but I would not stay here during high season.

Reviewed By Lovetotrave LWe stayed for 2 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments on the top floor. It was great. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. The apartment was very big with 2 separate bathrooms, dining area and kitchen etc. The breakfast was simple and not hugely appealing.

Reviewed By missanna0207It isn't often when a room exceeds your expectations, but our room looked so much better than the pictures we saw before arriving. The guest house had no parking, but we were advised to park in about 10min walk and given clear directions. Room was very clean and had a lovely balcony, we had access to the kitchen area downstairs. The location of a guest house is superb, couple minutes walk to the main restaurants/bars area and about 15min walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The lady who owns the place was lovely, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask her. Overall fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone !

Guboja is a summerhouse which has an unbeatable advantage – location. Our guest house is just a few steps from the shore: one minute and you are standing on the bank of our precious Curonian lagoon looking to the Fishermen port – most picturesque sight in town, where you can come for sunrise or have a stroll in sunset.
Unclean,Dirty,Stay Away!!!!

It was supposed to be the best room as mentioned in Booking.com and was a room for 5. The room was unclean and dirty to another level. None of the 5 beds had pillow cover,quilt cover or bed sheets. One of the quilts had stains and rest were all yellowish. Who knows when was the last time they washed them(so unlikely keeping in mind Covid-19 times) The room was full of flies and there were no window nets. We had to turn on the lights and sleep at night so that the flies sit on lights and don’t bite us. It is true that you cannot expect much from shared bathrooms bit they will not be cleaned until 9 am.So you should sleep until 9 else you will enter a hell. The shower rooms are equally unclean full of flies. It felt like a nightmare

However, it was very cold in the room, around +15(and that’s with the heater on), bathroom even colder. The room looked clean, but bathroom had spider net. Would not come back. Parking is available, which a plus.

Cheap and good quality.
Reviewed By NeringaToursI and my girlfriend like this very much. We spend here a weak. To the city center was 15-20min by foot or 5min by car or bicycle. Rooms are new and clean. There is also availability to rent bikes. To the sea its just 1.5km walk through the forest.

Kastytis is a vintage yellow summerhouse on a big hill, under the huge pines in Nida. The perfect place to enjoy the calmness of Curonion spit!
