Eg they changed the room for me for a bigger bed once they knew I travelled alone (When I booked, the booking agent page did not have queen size bed room). Or later when I received a box of fish, they helped me to do a make-shift handle. That helped me to carry the box easily to the airport. The room and view is fantastic. The room is spacious (yet cozy) has floor to ceilling glass window with sea view. The toilet is big and has bathtub. Very comfortable and relaxing in the room. The facilities are great. The swimming pool has good view. The spa is clean and relaxing and their masseuse are professional. I thought is quite affordable too. The cheapest package is less than 35usd for 60 minutes full body massage. If you asked them, they would politely say tip was optional. And they would treat you with the same attention whether you gave them tip or not. However I will encourage you to give them 5-10usd tip as it s quite tiring to do 60-90minutes of massage. I gave 20usd for my 90-minute massage and the masseuse was super appreciative. The location is super convenient. It s along the main road Tran Phu, accessible to a lot of attraction. They even have an underground tunnel from the hotel to the beach for a 2-5 minutes walk (depending on your speed). The price of food in the hotel is affordable not marked up as much for their level of premium brand. Eg 1 bowl of squid noodle is 3.5usd. 1 can of Heineken is 1usd. This is cheaper than Ho Chi Minh city airport or other restaurants in Phan Thiet. Overall, love it for the staff friendliness and hospitality, the convenient location, the good facility, the comfortable and good view room, the good massage, and the affordable price. Do give them some tip if u r happy with their service even though they will not ask. No tip is too small. 1-2 usd is better than nothing.

It has one of the best lobbies I have seen with breath taking views of the water. If you want a couple of days to get away from it all, this resorts offer beautiful vistas and peaceful activities to get yourself centered. They offer a shuttle to Nha Trang if your restoration turns into a desire to get some local cuisine and night life. We checked in and found out that our villa's AC wasn't working. They moved us to a different villa after our swim in the infinity pool. We left while only scratching the surface of what this place has to offer. We would definitely come back. If I could give half a star, I may have given 4.5 stars because I was disappointed that I was not allowed to use my drone to film the beach and cliff side. But that is my only minor gripe.

The service is great both from the front desk to the breakfast room. The breakfast selection is great. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Sheraton in Nha Trang.

Dũng - the bellmen captain is especially responsive and helpful. I would also recommend the hotel airport pickup service. I definitely use your services next time I travel to Nha Trang.

Reviewed By K8094EMtatianacWe chose this hotel as our family reunion place. My mom made her international flight from Russia and I traveled there from the north of Vietnam. First of all I want to say thank you to Russian manager Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân, their support made our stay much nice. We really enjoyed Spa salon: the girls working there are great professionals though the prices are a little bit hight comparing to the offers on the mainland. Mudbath is a nice intertainment for a day, better avoid going there on weekend because the area gets crowded. The restaurant was also good , I would only suggest to iron the tablecloths. But the view is fantastic and the food choice is good. We had some problems on arrival with the rooms (stains and moldy smell), but Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân helped us to move to a better bungalow. Also we had some problems with lifeguard on the beach, we had a huge argument about not letting the kayaks in the same area where children do to swim in the sea. The cleaning of the rooms is good, but we could see some trash on the territory and along the beach. All in all I would recommend this place .
