Second time to Fukuoka and want to stay in Nakasu with lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Metro station is within 5 mins walk. Paid car park is next to the hotel so I can easily drink around and walk back to hotel. 24hrs Donki is also in walking distance. Room is not too small as expected.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel lobby, receptions and rooms are well maintained. Service - Staffed always attentive and helpful during our stay. Only gave 4 stars for service as the hotel staff didn't seem to try or put much effort into helping us book some michelin star restaurants, lucky I found other means. Otherwise the service during out stay was very good Value - great value for location of hotel in centre of Nakasu (red light district) Location - best part of this hotel is where its located, 1 min walk to Nakasukawabata station and shopping arcade, 1min walk to Don Quijote and 100Yen sushi, lot of restaurants and places to eat around nakasu. Amenities - had coined laundry to use downstairs which was great I would definitely stay there again next time we're in Fukuoka.

On 24APR2020,we open the 2nd hotel of Mitsui Garden Hotel in Fukuoka. It is located between Hakata and Tenjin where is the main area for business and leisure in Fukuoka. It is easily accessible from the Fukuoka airport. You can relax at the public bath on the top floor.
This is my first time ever in my whole life travelling worldwide for business and leisure where I have to line up and wait for a breakfast which is included in the room. I and my mate waited for half and hour outside the restaurant and when we got our table we only had 20mins left before they close the restaurant for breakfast. So we rush but to be honest the food looks exactly like what we could imagine... left-overs! At night the hot bath on the top floor was completely packed, children running screaming... one time someone throw up right in front of the lockers... and it was so disgusting. The tiny changing room was full of guys standing waiting for the hotel staff to clean up the smelly mess. The room and staffs are very nice. Other than that, it’s bad. We used to stay in their hotel in Nagoya... and when we came bait Fukuoka we wanted to stay here and it’s proven to be a mistake.

This is the second Lively location I’ve stayed at and both have been excellent! The Fukuoka location is near Hakata Station and even closer to Gion Station. The atmosphere is very modern and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, there’s free beer every evening ?

It’s a business hotel with small cute and conducive rooms, however; the Front Staffs like Toyama, Sano and Shinya have big 5 Star Service Hearts. They are extremely professional, helpful and polite. Very modest too. I have hypertension and I appreciate their kind assistance sometimes.

Stayed on the main floor in the cheaper dorm. The lobby smelled bad, probably due to shoe storage there, but rest of place was fine. Beds were very comfortable, I slept in the wrong one the first night, was the same bed but wrong aisle.they were smooth about it and me stay there and other guy took my untouched bed. Good value for money I'd stay here again. Locker, towel and robe included.

Check In and Out service by Robot. Language can be selected several countries. Price is reasonable, in my case, less than 8000 JP YEN/room. Room is good cleanness. But small room. Location is convenient to central area.

So we chose this hotel because it was the most affordable during our stay due to Obama visiting the area for G7 summit. It wasn't our first choice but it turns out it was the best one we could have gotten considering what we wanted to do in Fukuoka. The hotel is a bit far from the train station especially if you have a lot of luggage. So you might as well take a taxi. It's hard to find if it's your first time there as the hotels name is plastered on the side of the hotel in Japanese. The only indication that it's the right hotel is the fact that the taxi stopped there and the name is written in English at the entrance. Front staff spoke little English but well enough to understand what we needed. The hotel itself is cozy enough, the rooms weren't that big but it's functional and the bathroom is ok. A big no-no was the fact that there were small stains on the curtains though and my wife waid there were stains on the comforter. Location wise it was great! there were a lot of restaurants in the area, lots of ramen places, sushi, etc. there were a lot of hostess bars too so if you're into that kind of thing then great. Walking distance to the Canal mall and Yatai food stalls. Also walking distance to Don Quijote shopping mall to buy those trinkets.
