Hotels is not customer friendly plus they are overcharging for old and small rooms
Reviewed By bishalkaushikbkkNot a value for money proposition. Rooms were small, literally very small, and just about clean. Hotel needs renovation as its age is evident from the room. Bathroom is just about fine, you can manage for a night. Service is not very pleasant, they need training. Hotel's policies are not very customer friendly, so I will not stay at this hotel again. For the price we are paying, it is not at all worth it, there are various other hotels which I will prefer on my next visit. Refrain from staying at this hotel.

Below average hotel
Reviewed By Satyajit_BorahStayed for a couple of nights in a suite room. No good experience. A small lift was there, but malfunctioning; does not stop at my floor level 3. Intercom in the room was not working and could not be repaired too. Linens were stained and blankets were not covered; bath towels were dirty and those too not changed daily! Overall experience was not pleasing and can't recommend this hotel.
