Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By Mrodman2018Met family from out of town on personal business and had connecting rooms. Check in/Check out was very smooth and no issues. The room was nice, but not a fan of the tiled/vinyl flooring instead of carpeting. Breakfast was good with pancakes, Sausage, eggs, sausage gravy for hot breakfast choices. Pool and Hot Tub were out of order for repair. Disappointing but should be back up and running by the time most people read this review (Heater died and waiting for delivery of new part. Call ahead to be sure.) Staff very friendly and personable. We had no issues during our stay.

Reviewed By worldtrVeleHotel built in 16. Has wear and tear of a normal college town hotel but was very clean. This also has a school for the developmentally disabled and was built by a group in support of this. Restaurant and bar were beyond great and all staff were giddy, helpful and kind. We were there to also tour the school which is the first of its kind in the U.S. Drove almost 9 hours to get here and would do it again. I travel very often and would always rate this a 4-5.

Reviewed By Carolyn SRoom was nice, bed was comfortable. True example of the adage "you get what you pay for". The refrigerator in my room was in dire need of defrosting and the vents desperately needed cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Reviewed By Melissa HHallways smelled really bad. The towels were threadbare. The keys malfunctioned. The table lamps were rusting. The back to the remote was missing and it barely worked. The shower curtain was so short that the bathroom flooded every time you tried to take a shower.

Not clean
Reviewed By Kelli GWe moved our son into Ball State on Wednesday. After a long day of moving him in and getting him settled I really just wanted to go to my room shower and crawl into bed. Check in wasn’t a problem at all. I get to my room and look in one bed and there are hairs on the sheets. I go to the other bed and the same thing. I went down to the front desk and let the clerk know that my bedding obviously hadn’t been changed. She looked for awhile and said she didn’t have any other rooms so she would just come up and change my sheets. I told her that was fine. She came up about 15 min later and changed the sheets on one bed. I told her I appreciated it. The next morning I am in the shower washing my hair and I see something on the edge of the tub in the back of the shower. It’s a bar of soap with you guessed it….hair on it. ? My room was obviously not cleaned. I made them aware at the front desk and I also let the housekeeper know. When I got back that evening thankfully it was gone. smell. like the hotel isn’t that old but, it is generally a dirty hotel. My room had a wet smell. Even the stairwell was dirty and smelly. Breakfast was subpar. Coffee was cold and I ate half a yogurt. I didn’t even get coffee or breakfast the next morning. I felt like from the reviews of this place and the other hotels they seemed pretty comparable. I guess I made the wrong choice. I won’t be staying here again.

Reviewed By V2741SWpamlWe paid $209. per night for a room, that should have been $85. The pool was out of commission. Ho Ho and cupcakes were passed off as breakfast. I requested a wakeup call from front desk, which did not happen. I don't mind a cheap hotel, when it's cheap. we grossly over paid.
