We booked a room in advance and even offered to pay in advance due to the high season. The said it was not necessary and assured us the room will be booked with no problems. Two days before our arrival they called saying the room is no longer available and they have no more availability in the hotel. The person talking to us was very uninterested in helping or offering a solution, they said the couldn’t tend to us anymore.

Me permitieron guardar mis maletas luego del check out mientras salí a hacer mis últimas reuiones y compras.

Our Hotel has the best view of the city and is the best balcony to appreciate and admire the tranquility of this valley. Our Hotel ensures the best place to stay in town, with comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool to enjoy the sunny weather, green areas, auditorium, among other amenities.
The hotel is going through a major overhaul of its facilities. You can't book online, only way to make a reservation is reachimg them by phone. They were open and clear in telling me that several areas were not available and that noise could be expected. They were kind and correct during the booking process. And the rate they are offering in the meantime for the available rooms is unbeatable in this world!!! I stayed in a large room "bungalow" with my family (4 beds). There was enough space for everyone and we had a nice view of the city. We tried the laundry service and it worked perfect, service within the day. The 4 of us connected to the room's wifi (each room has its own router) and it went well, it was fast. Breakfast room is a tempory adapted room and that is the only moment when you had to make undertand that they are temporarily disrupted as the kitchen room is temp as well. Most remarkably: Virtually zero noise from the construction works, we could sleep until late every day. The noise comes from the city, but then there's something you can't help. I would love to return to this place once works are completed (I expect towards end 2016); certainly by far it will cement its position as best hotel in town and possibly the south of Peru (Tacna-Moquegua).

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. It’s not so great to hang out there during the day as there is not much of a common area and definitely no court yard. The hostess is so kind and helpful. Felt like my mother was fussing over me. Location is only a couple of blocks from the square and three from the pisco bar Bandido which is well worth a visit. No motorcycle parking but there are cocheras nearby very cheap. Good WiFi

Principado Moquegua was created to become the favorite place to be for national and international travelers who are visiting the historic and beautiful city of Moquegua. Even if your visit is for business or pleasure purposes. With a cozy atmosphere, quality, elegance and modernity, we will make your experience in Moquegua unforgetable. Our rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and very cozy. They have private bathrooms, Wi-Fi Internet, 24/7 hot and cold water, plasma cable TV. They are also very bright and with A/C.
This hotel is modern, the rooms are of a nice size and everything looks new. Additionally, the room I had had a wall that was almost entirely of windows which made the room nice and bright. It can get hot in Moquegua, but the AC worked quite well. The wifi was strong and the bed was comfortable. It's located about 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, so the main sites in town are quite close. Last, the staff was friendly and helpful. If I were to return to Moquegua in the future, this is clearly where I'd stay.
