Under new management and undergoing a gentle refurbishment and program of improvements, none of which will adversely effect your stay. Car parking for all of our guests. Lovely South facing front garden to sit in.Ensuite rooms. Short walk to village and harbour. Free Wi Fi. Bus Service just outside.
Our stay at the Mandalay was excellent. The owners Pete and Tina were very accommodating and are very knowledgeable about the local area. The room appeared to have been newly renovated and was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It is really close to the harbour, 5 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and pubs. There is loads of parking space.

A charming old cornish pub built in the 1600`s situated in the center of mevagissey fishing village which has a working harbour bringing in fresh fish daily...Meander around our streets and visit a choice of shops or catch the ferry across to fowey or just enjoy a fishing trip.
Really nice, old fashioned friendly pub. Excellent wine choice, good beer, didn’t have food but it looked delicious. Great place. Clean and dog friendly. Nicely decorated lots of twinkling lights. Really ambient atmosphere. Stayed for a few before staggering home

The room was really small with no space to sit anywhere but the bed. The bed mattress was so worn I had the bed frame poking me. All in all the room was poor. However the chap that greeted us and looked after us during our stay could have been better really friendly and professional The location of this place is brilliant immediately on the harbour with complimentary parking a 5 min walk away

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay here in one of the suites at the back. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed with what looked like a new bathroom. Hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was a standout! We would definitely return if coming to this area again.

A stylish hotel, family owned, outstanding courteous service, spectacular location, magnificent sea views surrounded by unspoiled scenery, sandy coves and sheltered bays. All rooms en-suite, light, airy, individually styled. Restaurant, bar, lounge, outdoor swimming pool, garden, terraces, car park. The Tremarne Hotel, one of Cornwall's hidden treasures, offers both a contemporary and traditional feel away from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. Some hotels are merely a place to stay - the Tremarne is a destination. We look forward to sharing our hotel with you soon.
I can’t fault this hotel , everywhere is spotlessly clean , the decor is clean and fresh and nicely decorated, the room is excellent and so too is the cleanliness of the room it’s self , the staff are all excellent and it seems nothing is too much trouble especially for the owners ( such lovely people ) , we ate in one night this was so nice , all freshly cooked and well presented and well priced , some nice touches that we wasn’t expecting was a complimentary cream tea when we arrived and a box of chocolates in the room! , if ever we are heading for Mevagissey again we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book here again ! and also I would recommend this hotel to anyone else , well done everyone!

We have just visited Lower Barns for our daughter’s wedding . We were a family party of twenty adults. What a fantastic place. I was expecting great things from this place and it surpassed all of my expectations. The accommodation and rooms were out of this world. Totally unique. In addition to this, the service provided by the owners, Mike and Janie was of the highest possible standard. It is impossible to rate this place highly enough. On this occasion I must also mention Jodie ( Janie’s sister). What a wonderful trio. Every detail from the first minute of our arrival to the time of our departure was absolutely superb. Anyone looking for a very special wedding venue should look no further than this place. Thank you so much for giving our daughter and her husband such a memorable wedding.

Newly refurbished rooms in an old Fisherman's Cottage in the center of historic fishing village of Mevagissey
We had a 3 night stay and it was perfect. The 200 year old cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished. The host Fran is lovely ,very friendly and on hand to help in any way she can. The breakfast is an absolute joy , brought to your room , a great choice available and so tasty even a cafetière of hot fresh coffee. The room had everything you would need and a very comfortable bed. I cannot recommend this cottage enough, we will definitely return.

This B&B is absolutely outstanding, the house is simply beautiful and has been wonderfully renovated by Vic. There was a very warm welcome by the hosts (Denise and Vic) with a lovely cuppa and cake on arrival, which after a long journey is very much appreciated. The room we were staying in was in the eves of the house and was beautifully appointed. Everything you could possibly require was available and we felt totally at home. The breakfast was perfectly cooked, and exceptionally tasty-please try the Tex Mex Sandwich, but be prepared you won't need to eat until supper!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we will be back.
