We had such a good time, the staff were so warm, the bed and the cabin were so comfortable and the serene ambiance. The food was excellent. The animals around the lodge too were amazing to see. Room for improvement on electricity issues.

We are a high end Eco - luxury lodge promoting cultural tourism and conservation of flora and fauna in a fresh, serene and relaxed farm environment. We are ideal for impressive cultural experiences, family stays, honey-moon, business meetings and retreats and of course individual holidays. Located along Mbarara-Ibanda road, approximately one and a half kilometres from the Nyakyisharara airstrip, you turn off on your left and the one km stretch from the road sign leads you straight to the lodge. On the farm you find the treasured long-horned Ankole cattle. At Emburara Farm lodge we tell you the story and invite you to experience the life, culture and norms around these beautiful, gentle creatures so you too can know why they are so treasured!
I spent a night at Emburara Farm Lodge and my there was nothing but pleasent. The staff at the lodge are friendly, warm and very welcoming; even Nini the cat was part of the welcoming committee and made my stay at the lodge memorable. The lodge has activities that guest can do during their stay at the lodge...i missed the evening birding tour but I hear it is a lovely experience. The next morning I milked cows...an experience that is a must do for anyone planning to stay at Emburara. The food at the lodge was mouth watering and I got to learn that the lodge actually makes their own organic jam. All the vegetables served to guest is grown at the lodge. I will definitely be taking my clients to Emburara Farm Lodge. Simply luxury at its best!!!!!!

The Inn has comfortable rooms with large bathrooms and warm showers. All room rates include a cooked breakfast and the restaurant provides fresh home made delicious meals. The inn also provides a free fast internet service and international channels on all the TV screens.
We spent 1 night at Little Woods Inn on our way to Queen Elizabeth. The grounds are beautiful, with Ibis in the trees, and I'm sure other birds we were too tired to watch. Our room was fine, bed comfortable with a good mosquito net - there were lots of mosquitos but not in our room. Bathroom was very nice, big shower, not slick, but water wouldn't mix. Stairs up to our room, but not bad. Dinner was not great - very hard to communicate and figure out just what we were ordering, and it was pretty expensive. Breakfast was good. One thing we found irritating was that there were signs all over the front desk: Visa! MasterCard! Yay, let's use a card... oh sorry, credit card machine is broken. Cash please.

My family and I had the worst ever night in a hotel. The hotel allowed a group of people to play loud music with a mobile speaker in their garden till 2am in the morning! The individuals who were not residents kept shouting and dancing while we tried to sleep. The Receptionist looked on helplessly while The Security seemed also not bothered! A call to their Marketing Executive called Davis Mugumya did not help because the noise went on till the group decided to leave. It's a shame that any hotel resident can suffer such. Will never come back to this place! Denis Mugarra Fort Portal Uganda

A flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Relax with a rainfall shower. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a phone.
This accommodation is located outside Mbarara City centre. The rooms are large and with fresh linen.Guest Room amenities include mini bar, sitting area, and some rooms with sunset or sunrise view from balcony. I love the labelling of the hotel features from Restaurant, Bar and Garden.

The rooms are nicely furnished and have mosquito netting. Traditional grilled tilapia and local Matooke with chapatti is some of the best I have had in mbarara. Showers are as hot as they come. The local TV channels are available in the rooms.

Rwizi, like most African hotels I have stayed in, gives you about what you pay for. The rooms are clean and the food is decent at the hotel. Couple of complaints - the hotel restaurant was not open as advertised my first morning until it was too late to eat. Secondly, the wifi never worked during my 3 days there. They did give me a hot spot to use but it also stopped. I am accustomed to this, however, when traveling in Africa.

The hotel looked great from the outside. The receptionis,Joseph was very friendly and helpful.but the rooms need serious renovation.the shower had no hot water and the girls in the restaurant looked like they were forced to work that day.atleast if they can't remember the orders, they should smile for customers.

Terrible service. And staff in complete denial as to how bad it is. The only thing to save the hotel is a lot of customer service training. The Annex has no natural air flowing through and no air conditioning. Terrible.
