We went for memorial weekend. The staff was very friendly. The room needed cleaning. floors filthy and rugs. breakfast good restaurant menu so so. The dinner food was disappointing. Great location. lobby needed dusting on shelves big time. they were filthy where you would pick up brochures or candy, etc. Our bed was not a queen it was a double. It just needed better housekeeping.

73 room beachfront hotel. (30 New 2 Bed 2 Bath, New 2 Bedroom Units Open Now!) We are located 2 blocks from John's Pass Village where you will find shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family! We provide our guests with a friendly and accommodating experience that will keep them coming back for years! Our staff loves the property and its appearance and comfort reflect this. You will wake up to dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico and watch breathtaking sunsets that will last a lifetime!
The room was ok, nice pool view. My main issue was I could not be there for the first few days due to a flight being cancelled. I contacted them numerous times and they kept saying a manager would call me back to take care of the situation since I was out almost $1k. That never happened and so I will not be staying there again, so just be aware about any possible changes to your trip there, good luck if that is the case. Parking is also tricky in their tight garage.

This Courtyard is not much different than most Courtyards, but it's in a very attractive location, right on the water, and a five-minute drive over the bridge to Madeira Beach. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was hoping we'd be given a room with a balcony but got one with a window; I guess you should request a balcony when reserving if you want one. Housekeeping is done only on request. There is a small bistro-type restaurant on the premises where you can get a bite or a Starbucks. Some under-building parking is available. Very attractive pool area which unfortunately we did not get a chance to utilize.

We are a small mom and pop resort located right on the sugar white sands of Madeira Beach. Our housekeeping team is beyond amazing and our customer service always goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. We recently remodeled all of our room in the summer of 2017.
My family use to love this place. The new owners have completely changed the atmosphere. The prices use to be some of the best, now it’s absolutely ridiculous. No updates, no extra amenities, just higher prices for less. Will be finding a new yearly vacation spot.

Overall, we loved our stay at the cottages! We had the pool for ourselves the whole time, and it felt very private. The ocean was just a few steps away, and the outdoor shower was really cool. The indoor shower took up 90% of the bathroom, but we weren't complaining. It was beautiful and amazing!! 5 minute walk to John's pass made it very convenient. Cons: it's definitely not set up for more than 2 people to stay. We were a group of 3, and moving the furniture around every night and every morning to set up the Murphy bed was an inconvenience. The kitchen was decent but not a ton of dishes, so again, it was not set up for a long stay or for more than 2 people. The toilet paper holder was broken and off the wall, but the maintenance team fixed it the 2nd day we were there. There were hardly any outlets to charge our phones. These are just a few simple things that could be changed to make it much more convenient for guests.

John's Pass Hotel is 100% non- smoking and is centrally located in a quaint village located in Madeira Beach, Florida. As a coastal town, visitors can find year-round beautiful weather and breathtaking scenery, not to mention a wide spectrum of activities such as, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, dolphin watch cruises, casual dining. Did we mention how close the beach is? We are footsteps away!
We stayed here for a week. It should not be advertised as a hotel. It's the 3rd floor terrace of a parking ramp. There are not really any hotel amenities. Our room was cleaned only twice and we needed new towels in that time. There is no lobby or pool or anything else that a hotel may offer. The terrace is open to the public and connects to the Hooters and Bubba Gump Shrimp patios. There was people traffic going past our room all day long. There are also a couple businesses and a John's Pass public restroom that people have to walk past the rooms to get to. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Your parking spot is on the ramp and it's an easy walk to the room. Unfortunately it's an extremely busy ramp all day long and takes a long time to get in and out of. Once there was a car parked in our reserved spot overnight. It wasn't a big deal because it was late at night and another spot was available. Once trying to enter the ramp, the attendant had placed a cone blocking the entrance with a sign that said the ramp was full. I couldn't even pull up to enter the hotel code. It was a pain in the ass. The area of John's Pass is extremely busy and noisy. It's a popular area so that wasn't much of a surprise but hearing leaf blowers at 7am was not expected. The room shook a little bit when cars were driving through the ramp. This may not be a bad place to stay for one or 2 nights if you just wanted to visit John's Pass but traveling in and out was horrible. Not having on site staff was the biggest gripe. When we called for towels were were told "it might be her day off". The people that were in the room next to us couldn't get in their room because the keypad stopped working. There was nobody to get them access. They were given another room for the night but all their luggage and personal items were locked inside till the next day when a locksmith could show up. It was our last night so we gave them some extra travel toothbrushes we had along with a bottle of vodka. I'd look into any other options unless you just needed a place to crash and didn't want to leave the immediate area

Magnificent white sand beaches engulf Shoreline Island Resort, located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. This family owned resort has blended many of the comfortable conveniences with leisure and recreational amenities you expect from a luxury resort.
Will be back again in two weeks. We kept checking and checking to see if the one bedroom gulf front suite became available for a few days and I did! It's a great space with premium oceanfront views. If you like a smaller resort with great customer service, this is the place for you. We so appreciate the discount given to return guests, it's one of many reasons that we keep coming back.

All Seasons is a beachfront Interval ownership property with 1,482 owners. Just a short drive from Tampa and Disney World! Florida’s west coast is famed for its beaches and accessibility to all water sports. Historic areas such as Tampa’s Ybor City and Tarpon Springs, where Greek settlers established Florida’s sponge-fishing industry, are nearby.
The room was nice. However it wasn't gulf front like we requested. From each room you could see a wall, another place plus trash cans. If you leaned over the railing you could see some trees and a slice of ocean. The second night we locked the door and security latch. After we went to bed, someone tried to get in. They pushed on the hatch several times. I asked what he wanted. He said he had a key and papers. I asked him 4-5 times to set it down, and I would get it. Finally he said he'd leave it in the office. He never said who he was. The next day the manager said he'd talk to him. We would not stay there again. There was little to use in the kitchen. No foil, baggies or paper products. No seasonings. No beach towels.
