Uma coisa que eu recomendaria: por favor troca as toalhas por toalhas mais macias. Everyone that works here are fantastic! Everything so clean and tidy. Adriana Cabral that works in the rooftop restaurant is so sweet and attentive to make sure we are happy. Only 1 thing i would strongly recommend: please change the towels to softer towels.

I like the fact that they ask during check in what time would we prefer to have breakfast, that way we could avoid the big crowds. Location, even though we are about a mile or so from the beaches of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde, I really liked our location, not a lot people on the beach and if we wanted more “action” we would walk 10 min. People and services are really good, frequently asking if everything is up to our expectations. The bad: if you like to watch television after a long day at the beach, not so good. TVs are old and remote controls barely work, also the connection with the cable isn’t that stable. Drinks by the pool are a bit pricey for what the deliver in return. Lots of people (not workers) roaming around without a face mask, that caused a bit of anxiety, many times we would come up to the elevator and people would walk in without a mask, even though there are plenty of signs informing that is mandatory to wear one. I feel this is a good place to stay if are coming here, but try to stay away from major holidays as crowds get really large. Marcelo

Reviewed By uk919Rooms are appropriate, not luxury, but in good state of maintenance. Safe free of charge. Noisy due to traffic of several bus lines, motorcycles and even trucks, and many air conditioning equipments; Windows provide almost no acustic insulation. No warm water. WiFi free of charge, but relatively slow and with interuptions, and the same password for all rooms. Swimming pool on the roof (small but not crowded due to the location close to the beach). Breakfast is good in terms of variety and quality. Staff is customer oriented.

Breakfast at the terrace with an amazing view is real (what you see in the pictures) Service is ok. Price is competitive. Ask for a room with ocean view even if more expensive.

Reviewed By adrien_kskStaff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

The only thing we did not like about the room was that there are no windows or balcony which can be opened.
