Absolutely wonderful stay at a hotel staffed by warm and friendly people who greeted us by name and made sure we had everything we needed. Blown away by Henry's efforts to return a lost item following departure that involved a bus to Livingstone and two members of his family. Definitely will return there!

Latitude 15 is an excellent relaxing hotel with stunning art works in a beautiful setting; we will be revisiting this haven next year. It’s also very handy for the gallery 37d which is a must see venue…

Great hotel, magnificent view on the higher floors. Staff is incredible friendly and supportive for any need. Breakfast is OK. Location is very good also. Not cheap, but quality of the room and general facilities are very nice. Always my option when I stay in Lusaka.

This is not my first time at Radisson Blu Lusaka, unfortunately it was the worst experience so far. They are usually good, but not this time! On the room front, there was something wrong with the doors on the 3rd floor where I was.. all the doors were making a huge slamming sound, making you jump every time someone on the floor was going in or out of his room… Showers were not evacuating water properly, resulting in water overflowing … The bathtub is there just for decoration, not operational. Wanted to iron my shirt before my meeting, iron in the room was all blackened from the bottom … requested another … leaking, water and electricity not such a good match…. Went for dinner.. food was quite good, when it was served, and that was with over 45 min delay… Asked for a late check-out… declined.. (they accepted a late check-out at 16:00 @50% of the normal rate ??♂️ This is saddening… they just lost a good customer… not staying there next time I visit….

Value meets convenience with Southern Sun’s StayEasy offering. This extends from understatedly stylish accommodation, to breakfasts, to efficient business services, to location – not to mention friendly, efficient staff to make your stay…well, easy.
Guess I can't expect much more than this for the price paid. Yes, centrally located and right at a Mall is about the only "Pro" this hotel gets from me I'm afraid. WiFi is shocking in the rooms and only available in foyers, reception and restaurant area. I've been moved from the 5th to 4th and now onto the 3rd floor. Disconnects happen all the time and having to move around to be able to connect. Bar section has limited to no local beers. Breakfasts are bland and variety runs out in no time. Constantly having to ask for new/clean cups and utensils. Restaurant is really needed here!

At Ciêla Resort and Spa, we're immersing ourselves in ours. We are a beautifully considered continuation of a landscape that stretches from verdant countryside, to majestic plain, to beating-sun horizon and back again.
If you’re a golfer , this place is awesome ! Very little to do except sit by the poolside . The buffet breakfast is good but the buffet dinners are bland and somewhat bleek . Best value for money and food is served at the Brewery on-site restaurant which is the only place with atmosphere and vibe . Overall , the hotel is clean ; it’s pleasant , the rooms are average but I’m glad we chose to only spend 2 nights .

Our group of 5 met for a business dinner at this new hotel's restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice, and the service attentive and pleasant. Our food was well prepared. Our only negative is that although we had reservations under the name of one of the couples who we had not seen in 3 years, we were escorted to the wrong table which made for a slightly embarrassing few moments when we realized that the gentleman at the table was too young and too slender to be our business associate. There still seemed to be confusion as to which table was reserved for us.
