Il nostro Bed & Breakfast è tra Loreto, città della Madonna Nera e della Santa Casa, e Recanati, paese natale di Giacomo Leopardi. È zona di colli e d’Infinito, di terreni ondulati e mare piatto. Casa Fanny è pietra grezza nel giallo dei girasoli estivi, è verde tagliato da acciottolati che anche nel nome richiamano il paesaggio (via Bellaluce e Costa Bianca sono il nostro cardo e decumano di campagna). Casa Fanny può essere il vostro focolare contadino al centro delle Marche, con la sua cultura, la sua storia e i suoi paesaggi.
