Great lakeside location, recently refurbished
Reviewed By SynthomerThis was my fifth stay in 2.5 years. I choose this hotel mainly for its scenic and relaxing lakeside location (including a 40km cycling “greenway” around Qingshan Lake) and proximity to Hangzhou (one hour) and Tianmushan nature reserve (<one hour). The hotel has been recently refurbished with our comfortable room feeling fresher but now with the bathroom not the bedroom by the window overlooking the lake. The buffet dinner and breakfast are adequate and the former cheap. There is a Chinese restaurant too. Service is somewhat amateur but pleasant and on one of the three nights we had to remind housekeeping to tidy our room! It is largely a wedding and event hotel so can be a bit noisy but this does not detract too much from the relaxing environment.

Beautiful Hotel in the Mountains
Reviewed By MasonFThis place is 4.5 star quality. Great for Hot Springs as they have many outdoor and indoor pools. They have gold carts to shuttle you down to the main street where there are several local restaurants. I visited during Chinese New Year so there were also a few places to pickup fireworks. The pools were great and the rooms were well appointed including plenty movies in English or Chinese. The bar's were a little funny in that many drinks were only by the bottle and no mixed drinks or cocktails. This hotel looks like it was built for BIG events and I imagine it would be an ideal space. Walking around the facilities there was plenty to do including indoor badminton, pool, snooker, lounges, tennis, you name it. Would love to visit for longer next time.

独天独厚 独家经营
Reviewed By 鸿游君四月二十二日周六，自驾游来到了临安十门峡，当晚下榻之处是临安十门峡大酒店。大酒店坐落在山上距龙门风景区不远之处，四周风景优美，空气清新，且是独家经营，可谓得天独厚。 停车场很大，没有担心之余。在景区服务中心兼酒店总台办理入住手续时，服务人员服务水准不够专业，不停地向负责人请示，显得有些手忙脚乱。 住宿楼就在景区门前，大厅空旷，门前还有一个露天泳池。标房面积宽敞，整洁。两张1.5米大床，被褥、床单洁白干净。在窗前放置了两张单人藤椅，还放置了一张宽大的皮沙发、脚凳，躺着看电视、休息很舒服。除电视外，还有可播放大片的3D播放器，可惜，没有使用指南，根本无法使用。客房内还配备了保险箱、小冰箱和简单的茶具，该有的设施还是齐全的。 卫生间也很整洁，用具齐全，放置在梳妆台的各个抽屉和搁架内，需逐一寻找使用。提供的一次性拖鞋，质量较好，只是甲醛味道浓郁，不够环保。 酒店周边没有餐饮，唯一的饭店就在酒店游客中心旁，也是独家经营。当晚晚餐自费，价格约比山下贵30%，但食材新鲜，色香味还是不错的。次日自助中式早餐是免费的，品种较多，色香味也做得较好。 总的看，酒店置身于山上，来此休闲、吸氧、旅游，是不错的选择。而最大的不足，就是通往酒店的盘山道路、特别是经过村庄的道路非常狭窄，会车颇为困难，若有大客车进入，长时间道路堵塞更是家常便饭，让进山的驾驶员和游客望而生畏，无形中制约了景区发展。据了解，景区分处浙江、安徽两地，管理、整治有些困难，但愿此问题能引起有关部门重视。

Reviewed By NaviHawkWe were 3 families staying at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Well kept, clean and comfortable with spacious rooms at a serene location. Excellent service with great support from their management. English is not their strength but I was able to arrange the whole trip including getting e-tickets for the Hotspring using Wechat. The hotel staff was very supportive from their end. The breakfast was mostly chinese dishes. The restaurant did not have an english menu which prevented us from trying their many dishes. However we were able to manage with the help of another guest who Volunteered to help order the food. It would help if the hotel made an english menu with pictures. Recommended and looking forward to going back.

Reviewed By hoi m臨安市内ですが、市内中心部より北東に位置します。 夜は静かで過ごしやすいです。最近徒歩10分圏内に大きめのスーパーができました。 ちょっとした買い物をするには便利ですが、夜に散歩するには少し寂しい場所です。 市内中心部に出るには、徒歩20分～30分程度かかります。

Reviewed By 不良中年东天目山一带最好的山庄。没有之一。家庭套房宽敞舒适，超出预期。如果是大家庭，建议住他们的独立别墅。超大的户外平台，刚好坐落于半山，虽四面环山，但是视线上完全没有压抑感，反而恍若漂浮在半山腰上。厨师的手艺没什么大是大非，山珍佳肴，没亏了自己的肠胃。 另外，出庄走一段山梯，就有一处山溪，深浅合适，带件泳衣真的很有乐趣。
