Reviewed By B9233GCsarapWe stayed 2 nights, room was extremely old, as well as all the furniture and filthy. The king bed literally had a huge hump in the middle you had to climb up if you wanted to sleep next to someone. The room had a severe slope to it and kinda felt like you could fall through at any time. I have a injured knee and there is no elevator so be prepared to walk the stairs. The staff was very nice but we won’t do a repeat visit.

Reviewed By Penguins66Fans of "Gilmore Girls" will love this place -- it reminded me of the Dragonfly Inn, but with a Bavarian vibe. Very friendly, helpful staff. The lobby features an inviting sitting area, lots of outdoor memorabilia and items to buy, plus a giant bear standing guard at the door. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave, along with decor befitting a mountain lodge, including rustic headboards and vintage black-and-white pictures from Leavenworth. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Great staff and location
Reviewed By markdu2017Staff are super friendly and rooms are nice. You can’t beat the location if you want to walk around town, it’s close to most everything. They are very dog friendly. Breakfast was good, too. I highly recommend staying here for your visit to Leavenworth.

Housekeeping was almost nonexistent
Reviewed By MonaAnthonyI would give this hotel more stars, but the housekeeping service was almost nonexistent. We stayed 6 nights total, 4 nights in The Hutte, and 2 nights in a Vista View suite. We asked for housekeeping service each morning, but we got housekeeping service only once. That service happened only after we called back twice to make sure they were coming. We also needed a maintenance person while we were in the Vista View suite, because our blinds were broken and wouldn’t open, so we couldn’t enjoy our Vista View from indoors. A maintenance person came almost immediately after we called, but was unable to fix the blinds, and told us he would be back first thing the next morning to get them fixed, but he never showed up. It was still pretty cold to go sit on the patio. The service all around was pretty disappointing. The Hutte is a 2 story “house” across the street from the main hotel. It was nice to be on our own. It was very quiet, and had a nice view. The only downfall is that there is only one bathroom, and it’s downstairs. It’s great for nighttime when you’re in bed, but when you’re hanging out in the living area, it’s kind of a pain to go up and down stairs just to go to the bathroom. I would say though because of the bathroom situation, I would suggest that only two people stay there. It’s definitely large enough for 4 people, but the person who sleeps upstairs on the pullout sofa would have to walk in the downstairs bedroom to go to the bathroom since it’s only one room. There is only a pedestal sink in the bathroom, but there is a shelf behind it where you can place hairdryer, curling iron, makeup, etc., if you need that kind of countertop space like me. The last 2 nights we stayed in one of the Vista View Suites. They are nice, they have a larger countertop area in the bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy a beautiful view. They have a separate living area, and a 4 poster King bed. It’s definitely noisier than The Hutte since you can hear people in the restaurant area which is above the room, but it was always quiet after 9 pm. Again, it would have been nice to have blinds that would open so we could see the lovely view from inside our room since it was still pretty cold outside. The all you can eat breakfast was very good, and the employees in the restaurant, including the alpenhorn players, were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. They went out of their way to visit our table just to chat. That part of The Enzian I would give 5 stars. Our first night there, we loved it so much, that we booked our entire family to come back in May, 2023, but now I’m not so sure if we’re still going to stay there after the experience of our following days. When we checked out, I explained what happened, and the girl at the front desk said someone would reach out to us, but we’ve heard nothing, and we’ve been back home for 3 weeks.

Reviewed By CCRRWe stayed here for two nights. We checked in via the Hilton app, which was quick and easy. When we got to the room it was very clean. The hotel had left us a welcome bag with 2 bottles of water and key cards. The bed was comfortable. As others have noted, there are plenty of usb and electrical outlets. The Wi-Fi was fast. Our room was quiet, perhaps because we stayed mid-week so it wasn’t very crowded. The front desk people were all very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. The Safeway right next door was super convenient.

Good sleep quality good block out curtains and was nice and quiet even though it’s on a Main Street. Nice and close to town so a easy 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Nice balconies to look over the beautiful views. Only 2 small nit picks is we had to choose our breakfast the day before but I guess it was due to small visitor numbers with covid etc and no elevator for our heavy luggage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend and would happily stay again.

If you get a room that faces east and west, you will have a great scene of the mountains out of the west window or door. I would stay here again.

Too expensive for what you get!
Reviewed By J1415ZIjosemStayed in the familyroom which only has one bathroom and a separate (leaking) sink. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and picked up in the morning. Somewhat unorganized since we didn't receive cards to order breakfast for the second morning. I booked on the motel's website and at check-in the military discount could not be applied since it was booked online. I could have understood this if I had booked through a 3rd party! Apparently discounts are only applied when you make a reservation over the phone. This felt to me as false advertising!! The overall impression is that the motel is clean but the upkeep leaves to be desired: peeling paint, cracked concrete, garbage on the stairs. For $384 per night, I found it rather overpriced!
