Enjoyable but could have been better
Reviewed By David GWe ended up with nice bedroom accommodation and sleep quality was very good. Front office staff and the concierge/bell team were friendly and helpful. But the breakfast arrangements were mediocre Major issues arose in connection with the spa. Misinformation resulted in one of us missing aqua classes . And, despite drawing attention to the Hammam that would barely have warmed an Eskimo, nothing was going to be done about this as it was too hard to locate the engineer, or maybe to lift a finger to turn up the temperature.

Spotlessly clean with lovely ambiance
Reviewed By Not-yet-dunroaminLovely ambiance and an obvious intention to please. Will return. No English language TV but this is regional France so not unexpected. I dont normally discuss cleanliness unless poor BUT this hotel was so spotlessly clean that it stuck in my mind.

Reviewed By lechem3041. The twin bedded rooms are 2ft 6 ins beds (75 cms) wide. Too small. 3ft or 90 cm should be the minimum. Hilton single beds are 120 cm (small double size). Previouslybstayed in suites whete beds are 90 cm. 2. Breakfast offerings have been reduced. No Pain aux Raisins for example or maybe staff did not refresh the buffet. 3. We were asked twice by 2 different staff members for our room number, but neither staff member cleared the dirty dishes from the vacant table by us. One of the staff drifted aimlessly around the room. She needs training. 4. Man in suit wished us a ‘Bonjour’ halfway through our breakfast & yet he did not notice the adjacent table had not been cleared. Presumed he was the Manager? 5. Reception on arrival good & on checkout. 5. Received an email before arrival to advise no parking would be available! Rather unwelcoming. After arrival we realised a small conference was staying. Doubtless they were offered parking. Never had this problem before.

Nice and quiet place in busy La Baule
Reviewed By gerardpuLovely small hotel, nicely styled - both public spaces and rooms - and very conveniently located just a small block from the beach and boulevard. Rooftop bar is a plus, it was open from 6 to 9pm. Also perfect to take a glass of wine to the hotel room (but they brought it to the room as well, when the bar was closed). The hotel has no lift, which was no problem for us (we were on the second floor, the third is the rooftop), but for some people this might be an issue. Parking is a challenge in La Baule, but we managed to find both paid and free parking very near to the hotel. EV charging is almost absent form La Baule, except at the La Poste Parking Garage. Unfortunately the operator there doesn’t seem to have his things in order: I managed to charge my car after repeated efforts and quite some stress and annoyment, but then it almost made me leave my charging cable stuck in the machine. Solved it with telephone assistance, a challenge in itself for a non native French speaker. Of course, the Best Western Brittany is not at all to be blamed for this, it is a problem for all of La Baule - as is the horrible traffic in town.

Reviewed By Ralphlauren66It was our children who offered us this little hotel, very warm welcome, the staff was really very good, quick check in, beautiful modern and well equipped room, low prices, the breakfast was excellent, very good coffee, good bread, there was sweet and savory, fast service, we also liked this hotel for its calm and very well located in relation to the accommodation of our children, we had not used our car and it was really nice

Reviewed By marylynch1955This hotel was in a lovely location just a short stroll from the fabulous beach and promenade. The room was of adequate size but the facilities were very good. We had three lovely nights here where the staff made us very welcome. We would recommend this property to others.

This authentic 1930s timber house is full of character and was entirely renovated in 2020. Le Saint Pierre is ideally located just 200 meters from the beach, close to the casino, the shops and the thalassotherapy centre. This friendly hotel boasts typical regional architecture. All the individually decorated rooms at Le Saint Pierre feature elegant decor and traditional wooden furnishings.
Excellent stay and lovely hosts
Reviewed By cbrett750915The hotel is as charming as well located, close to La Baule Local market (5min walk) and the beach (10min walk). Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Saint Pierre. For those who are interested in visiting La Baule by bike, you can rent one from 10 euros per day. Many thanks and we will make sure to come back!

Lovely little hotel!
Reviewed By frenchygermanI stayed here on my own with my baby for a week in January 2019. I felt very much cared of. The owners Karine and Christophe were extremely kind and helpful in every matter. They made sure that the room was large enough to move around even I had the baby bed and that I had a bath tub. My room was quiet, large, comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable and large. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is perfectly located in between the market, the shopping street and the gorgeous beach. I highly recommend Le Lutetia!
