Reviewed By NathanArchI do NOT recommend this. If you want bad sleep and no privacy be my guest. The people have not the least amount of respect here(including the organisation). The walls are made of thin paper and you can hear a fart from 5 rooms away. You will be woken up at 7am and sleep at 2am cause nobody has the least respect for their neighbours here. When you complain they just say "ah maybe they are gone, but not my problem just close ur eyes" Also the staff of the organisation do not respect your privacy. They will make stuff up and just enter your room without your approval or knowledge. They gave us the wrong apartment so they just moved all our stuff to another room, while we were gone. When we said we did not really find this ok, they said this "yes well its not our problem, also i couldnt contact u" and get annoyed and mad. Then they make up a lie that we didnt close our room, so when something was stolen they werent responsible. Im actually shocked from the behaviour and mentality here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Edit: i feel like i should add this, i wouldnt write this bad review if it werent for the atitude of the staff, If they had said and reacted in a normal way i wouldnt care or write this review. When we said we did not find it ok that they moved all our stuff without our knowledge or approval, they react in a mad manner and get super defensive, also throwing lies to protect your own mess/faults is not done.the next day when we got back, they enterd our room again but forgot to put off the lights.. not so smart. So be warned and when you do book here be prepared to have no privacy. EDIT 2: they also dont mention that the parking costs extra , but they mention it when you check out.And when u pay they dont give proper change, and give u a kg of small change EDIT 3: the breakfast is cold, including the coffee and the orange juice is 1L water with 1 drop of real juice. Overall dont judge a book by its cover, the building might be new but thats the only positive thing i can say about my stay. Bad experience overall Customer service 0/10 (Besides i just checked the other reviews, and they deny every bad review which says enough about the mentality. Be warned)

We are family business and will be extremely happy to treat you as our friend and explain our values and the beauty of the entire Zadar area upon your arrival.
Lovely but...
Reviewed By Katarina BWe have visited villa MARNII in August 2018 we had 3 rooms booked 2 studios with sea views and 1 bedroom apartment with tiny balcony and view of a wall of the house next door. Very disappointed with the apartment, we had 1 baby girl and 1 boy-6 years with us and my son ended up sleeping on floor in the bedroom instead of the sofa bed as the air-conditioning was only in the kitchen/sitting area and if we wanted to have it on and feel it at least a bit in bedroom he would freeze in there. Kettle was full of limescale and shower head in the shower was very heavy and didn't attach properly so when you had the water on full it jumped from the holder and hurt my sons foot. The apartment was clean and beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We got new set of towels about half way through our stay which was nice. The owners hmm... Anna was lovely very helpful, but we all felt Matko have been bit fake at times. He had pushed my son off the little step by their terrace when we arrived and had issues with my sister little 2.5 year old walking through their terrace-try and explain it to 2 year old child is impossible. However he was very helpful with informations around the area, which restaurant to go to and which to avoid. The pool was really nice, we had a bbq couple times everything was very well equipped. Kožino is very small place and beach is definitely something they need to sort out its way too rough for children. We have had cars so we went to Nin and Petrcane and it was lovely.

Peaceful hostel near beach
Reviewed By psyv99Our host Annie was welcoming, helpful and friendly and she gave us something to plug in that kept mosquitos away. The hostel was near a pier and beach in a lovely quiet location. There is a shop and bar/restaurant very close.

The perfect apartment

My Croatian Adventure
Reviewed By Cynthia RThis place is a great get away, close to Zadar and other cities. Very quite, town like feel great place to unwind. The owners Pavic family are on site and on hands. The place is immaculate. Great AC and hot water. Towels and linens provided and I personally witnessed how they remove all the bedding to be washed(HOTELS DONT REMOVE THE COMFORTERS/BED COVERS after every guest leaves ?) I will highly recommend this place if you are traveling in this area, I will most definitely return. This is ???

Reviewed By Laura1976Nos alojamos en este apartahotel porque no encontramos otra cosa, y casi habria sido mejor dormir en el coche. Esta a unos 10 km de Zadar. Tenia dos camas, con las sabanas sucias, pero sucias de verdad. El señor te daba una sabana bajera por si querias taparte (razonable, dado que habia mosquitos a mansalva). Aparte de eso la pared estaba llena de bichos que la gente habria estampado contra ella. Habia muchisimos mosquitos, y la mosquitera era tan cutre que no ajustaba en la ventana, con lo cual no hacia nada. Imposible dormir con la ventana cerrada porque te mueres del calor, aire acondicionado no habia. El baño horrible, las cortinas de la ducha llenas de moho, la toalla de ducha era minima, como una de manos. Tenia una pequeña cocina con todo lleno de grasa....Para olvidar. De no haber sido porque llegabamos reventados de Plitvice habriamos buscado otro sitio. Hay mas apartamentos, quiza a nosotros nos toco el peor.

Everything is comming and salty...
Reviewed By AronNucciIt started a good dinner with my family and friends. The restaurant is almoust empty but the weitress is very slowly.. The food is far away from a best... My friend opinion is disaster.. The food was very salty and horrible especially the prices.
